I needed someone to come out to my home right away to provide service for a damaged water pressure valve. Most plumbers I called on Monday morning couldnt come out to my area or couldnt come out until later in the week. Most were not available for at least two days! Mr. Rooter sent Gary out immediately. He was at my house within two hours of my phone call, and thats only because he was finishing up another job - otherwise, he would have been there even sooner! Gary was polite, a good listener, patient, and respectful. While walking around my home and allowing me to explain different plumbing issues I was having, he never pressured me to do additional work or to take on additional expenses beyond the original job I had contacted Mr. Rooter about. He also provided me with a clear estimate before he started any work. If while doing the work he found a part needed replacing, he discussed that with me and advised how much the part would be and got my approval before he replaced it. When it became clear I actually had three jobs I needed done, not one, Gary contacted his office to have another plumber come out right away to assist so that I would not be tied up all evening. Together the team was able to get all three jobs done in three hours, and I was able to get on with my day too. Gary used shoes covers and a drop cloth while he worked, so everything was clean and neat when he and his partner left, and an invoice was e-mailed directly to me. Thank you, Mr. Rooter! Ill be sure to call you again if I need plumbing expertise!

These guys are awesome! 2 brothers with military backgrounds that proclaim fairness, integrity, and a great value proposition for their business - very rare in todays market! The technician that did the work had nothing but high praises for his employers, delivered exactly what he said he would in the time he promised while I was at work, and then, to my great surprise when I got home, I found he had vacuumed the entire carpeted area of my house - unbelievable!! Ive already bragged about them at work, recommended them to a friend, and would highly endorse them to anyone. With their competitive prices, its a no-brainer - USE THESE GUYS!! The plumber, Francisco, arrived when he said he would and quickly went to work. He was very knowledgeable about his work and had a patient and friendly attitude when asked questions. He removed a 30 year old kitchen sink/faucet/garbage disposal and a very old dishwasher which was at least 20 years old. The new replacement items which I had previously purchased were then installed very professionally and all debris removed from my kitchen. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Mr. Rooter to others without any reservation.
