While I have used Clover Services for over 12 years and always been very satisfied with their work, my experience last month was disappointing. The technician did not arrive with the parts even though I had carefully explained what was needed when scheduling the appt. He then left for nearly 2 hours to get the parts and when he returned it was very difficult to understand him and his explanation for the delay. Also, when I questioned the office for what I thought was a high cost for the minor services completed, I requested an itemized invoice, but never received one that actually broke down the cost between the two jobs. Unfortunately, given other plumbing contractors have higher ratings and lower costs, I chose not to use them when I had my water heater replaced last week. Since I have recommended them many times to friends and family, it was sad to see that the level of service had deteriorated.

When our water heater began to show its age, Clover came out to take a look at it to see if it could be salvaged. The short-term solution would have been to replace the igniter assembly but, because of its age and limited availability of parts, it could end up costing more than a new water heater and install. The Clover technician removed the igniter assembly, shut off the gas line to the heaterrand took the water heater offline to minimize potential damages and allow ourselves extra time to consider our options. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional and willing and able to explain the problem to us.

I have used Clover Services for residential purposes twice, once for HVAC repair and once for plumbing repair. Both times they correctly diagnosed a problem that a previous service provider got wrong, saving me significant money. They seem to hire much better trained and/or more skilled technicians than others, which is key particularly when it comes to HVAC matters. Ive also found everyone Ive encountered at Clover (including office staff and management) to be pleasant and responsible.

We had an HVAC system installed last Fall and couldnt be happier with the service from Clover Services. We have also brought them in for plumbing leaks and other minor services. We have been extremely happy with the technicians and office (scheduling staff). Records left by the prior Owner show that Clover has serviced other major and minor plumbing and HVAC issues over the years at this house. We will certainly use Clover Services again.

They have taken care of all my plumbing needs over the past 15 years while I lived in Vienna from broken water pipe under the house to replacing my water heater, furnace and AC unit. The technicians were always on time, efficient and courteous. They largely reflect the quality of the company owner, Dan McGuire, who is a very special person who is committed to his customers.

Was on a quick search for a new HVAC company. Gave these local guys a chance. Service was awesome, tech (Santos) was knowledgeable, friendly, and amazing to work with. Prices are on par for the DC area and they were able to service my problem the next day. I plan on using them for my future needs.

I needed a quick repair for a water heater for rental unit (tenants had no hot water). Clover came out and was able to repair with equipment that they had on the truck. I was ready to replace the entire water heater (which they also had on the truck) but they found a less expensive option.

I have called Clover twice recently, once to run gas pipe to a new stove, once to repair an improperly installed toilet. They showed up either on time or early. The work was top notch. Their techs are professional and capable. Their pricing is fair. Wouldnt even think of calling anyone else.

They let me go cause i missed one day, lost my keys to my vehicle at the job, employee gave me a ride and couldnt make the next day to work, they fire me them dont pay me 38 hours owed ,over $1000 and trying to get away with it so have to take to labor board
