I had Herndon Plumbings services several times in the past. The last service I had with them was for the leaking in my bathroom. The technician fixed the problem but broke the drywall. The worst part was they refused to fix the drywall and claimed there wasnt enough room for them to work. Does it sound reasonable?

Very, very expensive. Just to tell me that my hot water heater was not working because of an electrical problem, not a plumbing problem (10 min) cost $200.
