This firm is a joke. First off, they arrived late, no call was made to me.. To my surprise, 2 trucks showed up with 5 guys, when one truck with 3 guys was quoted. The second crew should have stayed home. One of the guys in the the second truck spent more than 1/2 hour in my bathroom upon arrival. He smoked in it, and appeared completely wasted throughout the day. Most of his day, that I WAS PAYING FOR involved a very slow wrapping of paintings that retrospectively I should have done myself, and could have done it myself in 1/10 the time. Never again. On the unloading side the same "worker" was walking on top of my furniture in the van itself. He made snarky remarks throughout the day and was a complete clown. The other guy from the same truck spent hours talking to his girlfriend on is cell phone, little work was done by him either. I had used this firm 3 times in the past, prior to my last move. Clearly things had changed for the worse. The only person worth mentioning was the foreman who really separated himself from everyone else and stacked the truck but there was no supervision of the crew and clearly some of them required it. Drinking by a different member of the truck was witnessed at the end of the day. Just a very bad experience. You always hope that movers will care for your things. At no time during the process did I feel even a hint of professionalism from more than 1/2 the crew. Disappointing. NEVER USE ALL STAR MOVERS... I expected more, and should have gotten more.

I used All Star Moving Company last week and was incredibly happy with the decision. Jeff, Ty, Jordan, and Basharie, were fabulous. They were on time, worked an outrageously long day without teetering off at all and were upbeat the whole time. While moving is never "fun", they definitely took away from a lot of the stress and were easy to work with. We have a lot of heavy furniture and expensive art, so I was happy to find they were insured when looking for the best place to hire. In the end, nothing was broken, we got everything moved, and I would highly recommend the company as well as the specific movers we had to anyone planning a move in the future.

All Star Movers are the Best! We have used them for several moves, and they have always done a terrific job. They arrive on time, are very careful and professional, and work hard until the move is finished. On our last move, moving a houseful of very heavy furniture, including a baby grand piano, the entire crew was outstanding. They all knew what they were doing, and they worked with us until about 9:00 pm to make sure everything was right. We appreciated their willingness to stick with us until the job was finished, even though they had a three hour drive to get home. We give them our highest recommendation!

The office personnel were great, but ther rest of the experience was terrible. They showed up late, took forever, and then charge 50% more than the estimate. On top of that, they didnt call to schedule a delivery time...they just showed up and called and said they were there. No 48 hour, 24 hour, or even 2 hour notice. The driver that called could not even speak English. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I could give negative stars.

they are a fraudulent company. They will give quote on phone itself without inspecting. Then once the truck is loaded they will change the amount. They will even make their own definition of Linear Cubic feet. I ended up paying more than twice what I was quoted for a move from CT to Indianapolis. When I called them the phone operator lady who had been very nice uptill the booking, stated she cant do anything just talk to the driver on site.

Had a great experience working with the professionals at All Star Movers. The team assigned to our move was efficient and courteous. Everything was completed more quickly than expected, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Our guys were very funny and kind, which made things even more enjoyable. Cant recommend All Star Movers enough!

Phenomenal movers! In 2 hours , they got a entire truckload of stuff packed carefully and loaded up, even with difficult access up and down stairs and back lawn and more. Wonderful experience - my 2nd time moving with them - and I have already scheduled them for my next move 4 weeks from now.
