So sad - I loved the facility and had two GREAT years there.... too bad that after 2 years of paying for a family membership they would NOT STOP the automatic billing!!!!! I have been charged for over 3 months...even though I went to the manager of the branch and cancelled with him directly. When I called the customer service 800 line to cancel was told "that extension is unavailable, call back at another time" and they kept taking my money. Finally when I was able to talk to a "live person" they didnt address the issue and just said that he could cancel the membership today (90 days and 49.99 x 3 people for 3 months later- NO THANKS!) I want the money refunded. When I told him to look at the check ins and it would show we had never been to the gym since we moved he said "that doesnt matter". Then he "discovered" that my 13 year olds membership was in collections.....HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE when my kids membership is being charged on the same card as mine?!?! This is not the first issue we have had with billing at the gym level. When I changed credit cards b/c one had been lost the gym could NOT get the billing for the new card right - they let us in for 3 months before they caught it and one day stopped me at the door to collect over $250! in back months pay.....the gym level has issues with their credit card situation and they have NO communications to the gym member if there is a missed payment. 24 hour gym itself is great - the business/billing side REALLY Needs some help!

Ive been a member of this gym for over a year now (signed up when it was still fairly new) and recently renewed my membership because I like it here, plus its close to my house. Clean and well-kept facility. Professional, friendly, and respectful staff definitely helps up the rating in my book. The equipment is great and varied - though they do have some issues with a few of the treadmills not working properly. I think theyre fixing that at some point? - and I particularly like the lap pool and the hot tub (both a bit small but fine) and the decent basketball court. Pick-up ball is hit or miss sometimes in terms of quality of play, but its usually fun and competitive enough. For the ballers, word of advice if you try to play between 4:30-6:30pm - there will be a LOT of arguing on foul calls, only some of which are questionable. Plus a lot of people usually show up at this time so prepare to wait to play. Havent tried any of their fitness classes, but I hear theyre great from some people I know who take them. The trainers seem to know their stuff and like the rest of the staff act with professionalism and friendliness. Definitely recommend at least taking a look at this gym if youre looking for one.

Both my fiancée and I l signed up for this gym after the one by our house closed in June. We were hesitant to join as our experience with large gyms has been they always have hidden fees and have 20 hoops to jump through to cancel the membership. After belonging to 24hour fitness for 3 months we were both charged an annual fee of 50 each. This is on top of the fee of 45 we each pay monthly. When I called, the manager told me it was for maintenance and my monthly membership is for access. He also said that corporate sets when it is charged, meaning , if I kept my membership, Id be charged this again in 12 months; or 2 annual fees in 15 months. This was not disclosed when we signed up. Furthermore, if they are taking these fees, youd expect the facility to be maintained. To the contrary, this week I counted 8 treadmills out of order and the bikes in the spin class are nearly all broken. I would avoid this place. The only redeeming quality Ive experienced is they have a great trainer Paul Pfiser. Once my sessions are done with him, both my fiancée and I will be cancelling our membership out of principle. .

The Gym is great a lot of space a lot of lockers people were nice, the classes they offer are also great the room is very spacious, kids room is big a lot things for them to do, for kids 4 and older the women in there was very rude when I decide to feed my baby at the shoes coat dress area, I didnt know we were suppose to wait outside no 2 parents at the same time, ok for safety reasons, fine !but she could have explain it to me instead of giving me the looks and talk like she was my mom. Terrible!!! Felt horrible and I left . If you are looking into the kids room beware . I didnt not know nobody told me that, others places werent like that no reasons to be mean, explain the rules and Ill be happy to follow them. Thats reason for 3 stars.

the gym is open 24 hours, another thing thats 24 hours is the smell of piss on the man restroom. a lot of equipment is out of order, 4 steppers out 6 are not working. treadmills are old their belts are loose so you cant really run you can only walk on them. and counting.... when you go for a visit just look at how many equipment have an out of order sing and some dont even have the signs they are just unplugged. the Jacuzzi is a Joke, its always broken and when they ""fix"" it, it works for a couple of days and then its broken again, but dont take my word for it just read other reviews. also every single time i used the pool, i had to share the lane with someone else. by the way this is for this location only.

The gym is nice, but if you want to swim, this isnt the gym for you. The pool doesnt look clean (kinda gross, you see yellow stuff in the pool) and the bathroom smells and doesnt appeared that its taken care of after hours. I go to the gym at odd hours. However, the staff is welcoming and politely responded to me about the bathroom smell and uncleanness. I did notice a difference about my comments, but shortly after it became smelly and frankly gross again. I was force to cancel my membership due to pool and bathroom cleanliness, since I dont go to classes and the weights/cardio isnt my thing. This was unfortunate, given I like the gym (cardio/weights area), staff, and location.

Having belonged to this facility since its opening they do not maintain and repair their facilities - specifically bikes, AC is not functional in various rooms and their management is not addressing these long standing problems... The instructors are fabulous, but the mangers no longer care about keeping their clients. The managers latest comments to a long time member was I guess you will just need to wait until we get around to it or someone gets hurt before it will be addressed. There are so many options in this area, skip this one!

Great facilities and nice basketball court. Unfortunately, the court is seldom feasible to use in the evenings for people who, like myself, come in to shoot around. This is due to several men who take up the whole court for their scrimmages, preventing anyone else from being able to play there as well. It is impossible to shoot even on the side baskets without almost getting run over by the players. It is very disappointing that other players cannot enjoy use of the court and the staff will not do anything about it.
