We called to get an estimate to have a light fixture replaced. They gave us a quote over the phone, we accepted the quote, and scheduled the installation. They could only schedule the installation during normal working hours which required us to take a day off from work. When they showed up for the "installation" we were told they were only there to give us a quote. They offered us a discounted price for the installation due to the miscommunication. We re-scheduled the installation and when they showed up the second time, the installer said he would need a scaffold and it would be another $500 for the install. He left without installing the fixture because he did not have a scaffold, but he was nice enough not to charge us for the visit. This is the second time they have quoted us one price over the phone and charged us a much higher price afterwards. We have yet to hear back from them.

Great job on multiple projects done at our home. Very prompt, polite, and neat. John P. was not afraid to help problem solve for an unusual issue with a closet light…solution did not involve a lot of patching of dry wall and it works great. Also love the master bath lights and the new kitchen island pendants. Will definitely recommend Aces Electric, and plan on calling them if we have other issues in the future.

Very happy with our recent service from Aces Electric. We have a home built in 1930 that needed some outlets changed over to grounded, and they provided us with stellar service at a reasonable price. Will come back to Aces for all of our electrical service needs.
