I have used Absolute Electric for several years, including yesterday when I had to request emergency help! And once again they were THE BEST! They are the only electrician I use and they are always on time, professional, and helpful. Yesterday Will diagnosed the problem when my AC was tripping the electrical and it was 90 degrees in my house. He assured me it was not an AC problem so I cancelled them. He told me exactly what to tell Dominion and waited while I wrote it down. Dominion came as a new line had to be laid and I was up and running. Thank you Will and Absolute Electric. PS. My lawn service was so impressed with Absolute when working together on yard lighting, that yard service continue to use Absolute.

Buyer Beware! If they break it, you buy it! Damage caused by employees will not be resolved. Absolute Electric damaged my car while out on the job. When I called them to resolve the issue, the admitted fault and said that they would do the right thing. They asked me to get them a few quotes for the damage and that we would work together to find a solution. I got two quotes, both just a tad under $500. Once the owners saw that they had caused that much damage, they changed their view on the situation. After initially admitting fault, they said that they were not responsible for damage caused by their employees. Their modest prices are not worth the risk. Hire an honest and ethical company instead.

The entire process is far more professional than any other contractor that i have dealt with in the past. The moment you call you know it will be a good experience. They are courteous and professional, take their time to get the right equipment out to the job, they explain how they bill, and are very prompt and on time. They give a two hour window and met it. Lewis was my technician, he explained what he was doing, clearly assessed the situation and provided excellent service throughtout the hour he was here. I have been using them for over a year and found them to be consistent, timely, fair and professional. Not usually words you use for service contractors. Highly recommend them.

Mark and Ryan came to help replace some items called out on my inspection report (Im selling my house) this week. Mark is extremely professional, on time, and introduced himself when he arrived. He took the time to read the inspection report to understand what needed to be done versus just completing the order. He checked up on Ryans work to ensure it was done correctly. Throughout the whole process he was sure to wear his shoe covers (even if that meant taking them on and off 10 times), I really appreciated that. At the end Mark took the time to explain the invoice and showed me exactly what he fixed. I would definitely recommend Mark and his team from Absolute Electric.

It was a pleasure working with Absolute. Shawn started with a fair price and delivered everything as expected. From showing up on time to finishing quickly he was very easy to work with. One mark of a good contractor is that they leave the place looking better when they leave than when they started and as he vacuumed his way out I could see that his handiwork was not only top notch but also his respect for the job site was commendable. I would highly recommend using these guys and will use them again myself.

We had a bad circuit breaker. Technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed us the problem and explained it. He did not have the correct circuit breaker, but called the parts store and returned with the correct part in less than 30 minutes. The new breaker was quickly installed and panel box put back into working order. This is the second time weve used Absolute Electric and have had outstanding service both times.

My oven stopped working. An appliance repairman said it wasnt the oven -- it was the electricity going into the oven. On March 16 an electrician from Absolute Electric checked out my house. He concluded that it was the oven. Eventually, I got it straightened out -- a wire in the wall that provided electricity to the oven had burned out. That is -- your guy had it dead wrong and charged me $130 for his incompetence. Thank you.

Absolute Electric did the electrical work for a room we finished in our basement. They listened to us and offered ideas that were smart and efficient.
