Joe is an exceptional individual – a rare combination of top notch professionalism with a very pleasant personality. We took a long time deciding to put a solar roof, studying the issue and our own circumstances. Joe was very patient from the beginning, never pushy, yet thorough in providing us answers to the many questions we had. We were a bit hesitant to engage such a large-scale project with a very young man, but the more we communicated the more confident we were in his ability to deliver. Moreover, because it is a small company we got a level of service and attention to detail we would have never gotten with bigger outfits in our area. Joe won our trust and perfectly carried out a very successful project. He successfully liaised with a roof installer on our behalf to ensure the installation of the solar panel does not nullify the roof warranty, provided materials to support our HOA application, and followed up with all required inspections and permits as promised. The installation process was very smooth consisting of a very friendly team that seem to enjoy the work and each other – it was a joy to watch them execute the project with meticulous accuracy and perfectionism – all led by Joe. And of course, the proof is in the results – Joe’s excellent sizing of the system resulted in two zero usage bills from the electric company since the installation on May 2017: our solar production fully offsets our demand even in peak periods and some cloudy days, just as planned and promised! We agree with other reviewers – this was an experience of home improvement project second to none we have had to date, and we have had many. We would hire him again with no hesitation whatsoever.
