I schedule a cut & color 2 weeks ago and had it cancelled today (on the day of the appointment). Due to the short notice Im unable to get into a decent salon. Normally this would be fine, but I have a special event to attend on Sunday. Even knowing this, I was not offered to be worked in. Very disappointed!
