I require a LOT of compassion from a hair stylist. I called to inquire about stylists and learned that Miss Brooke is extremely gifted at cutting and styling fine to extremely thin hair. I excitedly booked the next available appointment. I have several major medical issues that effect my comfort when receiving hair cuts: a failed spinal fusion of the neck that greatly limits my range of motion (an obvious problem when leaning back for a shampoo, or leaning forward to blow dry roots, etc). Additionally, I have been on chemo for two years and have lost about 75% of my hair (and with it, sadly, a chunk of my self esteem). Just going to get my hair cut in a salon, when my hair is wet and I can see my scalp through the tiny bit of wet hair clinging to my head in about a gajillion mirrors in every direction can be devastating to me as its a reminder of what Im going through. While getting my hair cut here, I never even saw my reflection in the mirror until my hair was dry enough to cover my scalp again-which I though was a really sweet gesture of understanding for what Im going through. Brooke didnt bat a beautiful brown eye at any of my issues or the tweaks and arrangements she had to make for me. Some previous stylists have balked at taking the extra few minutes to make me comfortable. It is extremely hurtful the few times thats happened, it sends the message that my comfort as a human being doesnt matter. Well Brooke is quite the opposite!! She was not only totally accommodating: she seemed to have an intuitive sense about how I felt and what I needed. As wonderful as Brooke treated me, the haircut I got is amazing and is the star of the show. It is simply the best my hair has looked in years. I feel SO much better about the state of the hair and knowing I have someone who can work miracles with this hair of mine. It truly is the little comforts in life that make such huge differences. Wow! Finally, a salon that has hair, nails, pedicures, waxing, etc... all in one place, and they are all fantastic! Ive been waiting for a salon that makes you feel like an important customer instead of a pain in their side! Prices are fair and quality is really good. More importantly they are sincerely friendly the whole time you are there, not just when its time to tip them. Excellent customer service! Clearly they love their job you all Nailed It! The other salons can certainly learn from them. Thank you Kelly & Tam!

Absolutely the best salon/spa around hands down! The owners are extremely friendly and easy going. Everybody there makes a point of getting to know their clients. Speaking of everybody, the staff - friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend this establishment if you want it done right the first time!
