Cary street and short pump locations! They give u a window of 5 minutes after your appointment in which I met but was told I had to reschedule because the next client was already there. Not only that, some of my tanning experiences have been horrible. Your time is rushed and made to feel like they are pushing you out the door. They are always so busy and understaffed that theres never a convenient time to go back in to have it fixed when needed. Also I recently bought a spray tan package deal (have in the past as well) and they can never locate them in the system and even have "lost" 2 of them saying I only had 2 which doesnt make since if its only offered and PURCHASED in a bundle of 4! Im at the point to where Im never wanting to return because of the experiences Ive had. Hopefully they can make some major changes and focus on quality instead of quantity !
