**PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW**Omg!!!! The first thing I did when I sat down was explain that I have been growing out my eyebrows because the last person did them way too thin!!! So I looked EVERYWHERE in Richmond for a good spot. I read all the reviews on here and went to see Neha. I showed her a picture of the eyebrows I wanted...nice and full..what happened??? THIN EYEBROWS!!!! Thinner than before actually!!!! I grew them out for sooooo long and all she needed to do was clean them up so I could continue the process!! I am soooo upset! Anyone who has been growing their eyebrows out would understand the frustration I feel right now. Ive got to start the process all over again!! Only this time its worse!!! They look absolutely awful..I wish I could take a picture of them posted here. I shouldve known because her eyebrows were so thin I shouldve known she didnt know what she was doing. Do not be fooled, at the end she asks to write a review for a chance to win a prize..so that is why this place has so many good reviews...trust me. I regret it so so much. I look awful with super thin eyebrows. My eyebrows take so so so so long to grow...this is going to take another 4 plus months to fix. I literally showed you a picture to let you know how thick I wanted them, Neha did the exact opposite. They dont even match. Where are these people getting it from that she does them well??? Awful...I was very nice and gave her a nice tip. But I will never set foot there again. Thank you for ruining my eyebrows!!!!

Today was my very first time visiting Idolize after reading reviews on google. Upon walking into the door, Neha welcomed me with such a warming greeting, and immediately I felt relaxed about trying someone new. She explained the differences to me in regards to utilizing razors vs waxing and the health benefits from threading. Overall, the atmosphere very welcoming, and I will definitely be visiting again.

This was a very pleasing experience. I had never had threading done before and Rani was wonderful. She explained everything and had me check what she had done from time to time with a hand mirror. I am very happy with the whole process...completely painless. Will surely go back.
