Marie was amazing! She did an awesome job and even offered refreshments while i was under the dryer. They were kind courteous and professional and I was even escorted to my car by a nice gentleman that worked there as it was dark when i left. Finally It wasnt too expensive and I even got 20% off for coming in on a Wednesday. they definitely stole me from my old place! Seriously TRY THIS PLACE! **update*** While I have to admit that i love going to this place i must also admit that i most likely will not be going for long. while Marie is amazing she is the only stylist in the shop meaning that I now apparently must make my appointments THREE WEEKS in advance. Really sad i used to like going here.

This is the worst place Ive been to thus far. Firstly, I did a walk-in which in their eyes is a big no no. No place does that many appointments anymore so get it together. Its 2017. Secondly, I could tell right away by the tools she was using, it was going to make my hair super stiff. Even after she finished blowdrying my hair I told the lady that it was stiff and she brushed it off like she knew what she was doing. I was so disappointed especially because the reviews were so good. I would only recommend this place for white people hair. She seems like she knows what shes doing there. Other than that, never again.

I was looking for a new salon to get my hair done. I have been doing my hair myself, but because of my new job, I wont have the time nor the patience anymore. I picked this salon because of all the good reviews I had seen. I went there the first time, and Marie gave me a great haircut. She had suggested some color and highlights. I went in a couple of weeks later to do it. I love my new hair. I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. Great job Marie, and thank you.

Always professional and accommodating. Marie is a great stylist and I have NEVER gotten a bad hair cut. She stays up with new cuts and styles by attending professional hair shows throughout the year. I highly recommend Alters.
