Ive never been taken care of so well by a salon!!! The entire staff was very welcoming from the second I came into the store and extremely friendly. I was waiting for my stylist to finish up a client before me and one of the girls informed me about complementary services that I could do while I waited. They brought me bottled water and asked if I needed anything the entire time I was getting my hair done. My stylist, Krista, was amazing and I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to see professional results!! She worked miracles on my hair after I ruined my hair from home bleaching. She has 20 years of experience and was able to answer all of my questions and gave me tons of tips and recommendations to help heal my over processed hair. I am truly over satisfied with the service provided at the Chambersburg Ulta and will be returning regularly!

Disclaimer: I dont really wear makeup often. Went in here to look around at what it had to offer. Someone who really enjoys makeup will find this store essential. I found staff a bit too pushy. I understand it is their job, but I dont want someone pushing me quite so hard. I obviously dont wear makeup, so they should realize theyre wasting their time on me. Most stuff is pricey, but there is a section of makeup which is very affordable and I actually got some mascara. So much to choose from, and tons of skin care products you can try. That is kind of nice. Hair supplies are crazy expensive. If you love makeup, definitely check Ulta out. Its just not really for me.
