Absolutely horrible customer service from this location... if you want to do business with a "No" type of Manager... Go see Renya... she will tell you No as much as you want to hear it... we started our U-Haul experience at the Fredericksburg Plank Rd. LOCATION... that was a Great experience... we had our UBOXES 2 held at the International Parkway location... well we called in on Sunday to have our Boxes made available for pick up at the earliest which was 11am Monday morning... the 2 Boxes were suppose to be loaded onto a Double Trailer... which would allow for one trip... prior to picking up the boxes the General Manager Renya... indicates that we could only pull a single Trailer because my Ford F350 Super Crew Super Duty Dually 6.0 Diesel was not strong enough to pull a double Trailer with 2 UBOXES on it... Really... my truck is rated to pull 18,500 Pounds... those 2 UBOXES Full may weigh 2,700lbs plus Trailer weight... lets call it 4,000lbs... after we spoke to Corporate UHAUL they didnt understand why they wouldnt allow us to use our truck to pull the Double trailer... so they called and asked why? Renya said that it was not big enough... it needEd to be 15 Long... wtf... the truck needs to be 15 Long? At any rate they said they had a 15 UHAUL truck there that could pull it... I guess they want customers to rent their trucks to pull these trailers... at any rate we decided to take one Trailer at a time... Renya asked when I would be back to pick up the second Trailer because she didnt want to leave it out... I told I would be back to get it... I returned to pick up the second Trailer... and Renya never even pulled it... she lied... so when I show up they had to grab the Trailer that was sitting in the Parking space... unload the UBOX... pull my Ubox... strap it to the Trailer frame before I could take it... so I had to sit there... wait for all this to happen... and not so much as an apology for not having my equipment ready to go... after she was make threats of putting the box back if I didnt get back to pick it quickly... come to find out she never pulled it to begin with... bad attitudes all the way around here... avoid at all cost... if you dont believe me... go see Reyna... she will make a believer out of you... worse customer experience I have ever had...
