Im really impress with Courtney who called and offered a great deal for our storage space. We needed a small space for our non-profit organization, until we grow. Courtney called after viewing our online request with the HQ, who quoted wrong. After that we decided to scrap a storage space, even though we need one to receive donated items. I commend Courtney for following up and calling us to clarify and work with us to receive a storage space that we truly need. Thanks Courtney

Lisa was awesome! Ive never rented a storage unit before and I wanted to go somewhere and get one pretty quickly. The place is super clean and inviting. Everything feels very safe and secure and they have great customer service. She walked me through absolutely everything and I feel more prepared than I know I would have been anywhere else. I never thought Id say "I recommend this storage rental place" but I do. (:

I had a stress free experience at extra space storage . The facility was very clean and easily accessible. The price was affordable with no annoying hidden fees. and the staff members especially kyle was professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to store their belongings I move a lot so Im very familiar with this process and this by far was the best

Top of the line security, convenient, brand new, a lot of options and sizes. They lose 2 stars because I reserved online for $180/month first month free with a $24 starting deposit. When I got there it ended up being $47.99 deposit and they made me sign up with insurance which fair and understandable, but my monthly bill is $195 a month now. Just disappointed in the hidden fees.

The sign-up process was very fast. Andrew helped make the procedure a pleasant experience. The facilities are bright and clean. Most of the paperwork is done on a touch screen in the office, and you can also make your payments online. Overall, everything you would look for in a storage company. I definately recommend Extra Space Storage in Glen Allen.

From the time made the phone call to their call center to the time of moving my items into the unit I have had the most exceptional experience. Brian and Andrew are wonderful and will go out of their way to assist their customers. I will definitely recommend Extra Space Storage. Their customer satisfaction is top priority. Ive stored at other places before for lengthy periods of time but Budget Self Storage is by far the best. The team there keeps the place clean and their prices are very good. They even gave me a free lock and allowed me to keep it when I moved out. If I ever need storage in the future I will be sure to go with them.

I had a problem with my storage unit at this facility but the manager Lisa was a big help at getting the problem resolved. Lisa was polite and understanding of what was going on and went above and beyond to get me moved into a unit safe for my belongings. She is the true definition of great customer-service!

Nice and clean. Climate controlled units. A bit pricey with extra charges. For me the service level from the staff and convenient location was worth it. I had an issue with the locking mechanism on my unit and it was fixed quickly with zero hassle.

Overall I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The units are clean. The staff is helpful. Be careful though - they will charge an extra "insurance" monthly fee that the phone operator doesnt tell you about.

Very nice people but beware of the triangle units, they will not hold the same amount as the rectangular ones even when advertised as a 10x15.....also the security gates are not closed and secure 4 out of 5 times I have been there.
