Brian Fells usually helps me out when I call, and once when I came in alone and he rode around the complex to check on me and make sure I was doing ok. Ive used this Uncle Bobs location for the past 5yrs and have never had an issue. I can get in and out with ease, feeling safe and secure, right off of 95. The office area and grounds are kept very well. Things are clean and always very inviting. It also helps they have great staff with great customer service. No matter who I get on the other end of the phone, they were friendly and always willing to help. Great place to store and will address any issues quickly. Great choice!

I read the review and saw the pictures of this self storage facility and thought I would go check it out. When I got there I thought this is definitely not what I saw on Google. This place is about 30 years old and not very well maintained. I wanted to rent a climate control unit and when I saw the narrow, sterile looking hallways I thought there is no way I am storing my stuff here. I got in my car and headed downtown to see if I could find another self storage facility. Just before I got to I-95 I saw this really nice looking storage facility on Chamberlayne Avenue and rented there.

The best customer service i have ever had!!!! All staff was outstandingly pleasant and helpful. Brian was great!!! He went above and beyond to help me with my storage process. After having a horrible day with moving, he made the day by being so helpful! He is the man!!! I will definately use Uncle Bobs again in the future and recommend them to anyone i know that needs their service.

My entire experience with Uncle Bobs was above satisfactory. Their staff were very pleasant, understanding, and friendly. I dont think Ive received the kind of customer service theyve provided me, ever. They left an imprint in my heart for them, even if I dont need their services anymore. And their facilities are very clean! Highly recommend!

The location is perfect. Its right off 95 and across the street from a Wawa and Walmart. The site is secure, clean, and the employees are tremendous. Brian and his staff are extremely helpful whenever I need them. Ive been renting at this location for over a year and I highly recommend it.

Very professional and courteous customer service. They actually give you a free moving truck with no catches. If I had gone with any other storage company I would have had to rent a truck and storage space. From now on, I wont use any other than Uncle Bobs.
