EXTREMELY rude and poor customer service. I waited two hours for a car inspection, until i went to the desk asking about my car "we call people when their car is ready" WELL clearly i am here waiting. he walks over and my folder is in the "call them" pile. i needed a $259 third brake light replaced + labor to pass my inspection. i declined so i can shop around. I found that part replacement for $39 online. (i called, they only use parts *they* order because they give a firestone warranty) after all of that, at check out i overheard another employee telling a man about their weekend big sale special... if you spend $200 you save $50 or something, WHICH WAS NEVER MENTIONED TO ME. Maybe i would have done it there to get it over with, had the employees been polite and courteous. I honestly feel disrespected and taken advantage of in that store. My entire family used to go there but over the years weve had many issues with this store. I am no longer returning there.

Before you decide to take your car to this facility, please take note of my experience. I took my vehicle to this Firestone for an oil change, to get my motor replaced on my power window, and a state inspection. Please note that the state inspection was not due for another two weeks. So the geniuses that theses people are, they did the state inspection before looking at the window and failed me for the window. They are saying that the part for the window wont be available for 4 days. Now I am without a vehicle for 4 days. These people now as much about running an automotive repair shop, as my little sister does. That is all

Well lets see they said first come first serve..... We were here before anyone else they opened at 9 & we are still sitting here waiting on them to put new tires on. The thing that pisses me off is that only 1 tire is on the car & that is still an old one. They said it would only take an hour to do all 4 tires. Its been almost 2. They need to stick with what they say if you were there first they need to work on your vehicle first. The tire on the front driver side is clicking there is no telling what they messed with. They were only to put tires on I hope they didnt mess with anything else.

If you see how busy they are, that should tell you something. Bad shops cannot be open 7 days a week and be busy all the time. I have always been treated fairly and with respect each time I visit. I bought two sets of Firestones from them one year ago. All good so far. Just know its really best to make an appointment for service, as they are always busy. Again, you cannot stay busy if you are not doing something right. They were fast, friendly, and fair.

Tire stores tend to be ran by people with a strong desire to mislead their customers for as much profit as possible I find this tire store keep their misleading to a minimum its not the worst place to buy tires its not the best place to buy tires If youre used to tire stores and you know most of what comes out of the customer service Representatives mouth is factually incorrect youll probably have no trouble shopping here and getting a good deal

Not too happy with the service and professionalism. Brought my car in to fix a flat...said they could do it so I left it with them and 2 hours latter they call and say I need 2 new tires. I argued but ended up buying the new tires in the end. Since then I have had multiple mechanics ask if Ive loosened or messed with the front end! Could be coincidence, but I wonder how honest and fair they are.

Great thanks to Butch and team for squeezing me in same day and getting me set up for a long trip! They took great care of me. They were all very courteous and professional. The store and shop are neat and comfortable while you wait. This is one of the best Firestone shops I have been to.

Terrible service, tried to get me to spend hundreds of dollars on unneeded repairs and put my car out of alignment and service for about a week for nothing. Do not use.

These guys were very honest and helpful. They are generally pretty busy but if you set up and appointment ahead of time they will help you as best they can.

They will check tire pressure and put air in your tires if they need it. Just have to go in and ask if they can check it out
