You get an email from SureCritic asking to review them & I gave them a 3 star. I was unhappy with wait time & customer service & prices! Mechanic was excellent though! Now they wont post on SureCritic anything less then 5 stars! They publicly post sincere apologies on Google reviews! But Im going to share what they privately send email! This email sent to me is defending the staff & basically saying Im wrong! My review was about the bookkeeper who asked to help me, then said she couldnt & didnt go looking for help & just snarled! I had a 3pm appointment & stood at a counter for an hour & half to get quote on tires and a tune-up! My 3pm was for an oil change! Left at 4:30 pm! Here is the email: Hi Stan, Im sorry to hear you werent happy with your visit. We make it a point to greet all custsomers and make every attempt to welcome them when they first arrive. Our bookkeeper happened to greet you and then went to find the first available team member who could assist you. We did spend some time with you at the counter discussing tires and trying to find the best ones for your vehicle needs. Since our team was engaged in an active conversation with you we didnt realize you did not want to continue standing and speak with us. Thank you for your business and have a great day. This is an edit of an original review from two months ago. I initially had a rather negative experience at Titan Auto & Tire with scheduling an appointment and having to wait an extremely long time for just an oil change. Long story short, the owners apologized and told me that their service manager would contact me soon to discuss my concerns. I never expected to hear back from anyone, but sure enough their friendly Service Manager, Bruce, did call me back and listened to my feedback and was willing to do whatever it took to make it right and keep us as customers. Honestly, all I wanted was the ability to book an appointment at a specific time and get my cars serviced in a timely matter so I wasn’t down a car for the entire day – which is always a huge inconvenience for a working family! Today I decided to give Titan Auto & Tire one more chance and they REALLY came through this time. I had two new tires mounted and balanced in under an hour! This far exceeded my expectations and I was not only ecstatic to have our car back quickly to be able to run errands before the 4th of July, but I was also extremely pleased to see that the owners and the staff sincerely tried to make things right. This is EXACTLY why I choose to support local businesses whenever possible. Thank you again!

I am so excited to have Titan Auto & Tire opening a second location only 5 minutes from where I live. Currently I drive 30 minutes past several auto repair shops to have my car serviced by the location in Colonial Heights. I was so impressed the first time my car was serviced, they didnt tell me what was wrong with the car, they took the time to show me. They have a great online service system that sends friendly reminders of service that needs to be done! They are always super friendly and find a way to squeeze me in when I call at the last minute for an oil change before traveling! The owners are great and promote a very positive working environment as well!

Titan Auto is the BEST. They are professional and friendly. I cant believe how helpful they are. I feel like a lot of places I have gone to in the past have tried to take me for all Im worth (or whatever they can get out of me, I am just a poor stupid female who knows nothing about cars after all) but they are so honest. They never overcharge and are very up front about what NEEDS done, what could be done, what I should consider, etc. Plus their prices are so reasonable. Not to mention the fact that they go out of their way to make you feel valuable as a customer. I will never go anywhere else.

Butch (owner) and Clay (service writer) have always been very professional and accommodating to work with. I have been impressed with their communication before, during and after the work performed by their technicians. Titan has performed work on numerous vehicles for my family and I have been very pleased with the quality, price and speed of their work. They are very convenient to where I live and have been able to provide me transportation on occasion when needed. Keep up the good job guys, Ill be by soon!

Clay and the folks at Titan not only perform great work, but CARE about their customers. On more than one occasion they have helped our family in a bind, but most recently on NEW YEARS EVE allowing my wife to bring her vehicle with a leaking tire in despite holiday hours for a repair and got her in and out on the spot. They go out of their way to take care of their clients... Everyone needs a mechanic they can trust, dont waste your time and money anywhere else. Thank you Titan!

I can not say enough positives about Titan Auto & Tire. I relocated from Cincinnati and always took my Mazdas to the dealership. I was hesitant to try anybody else. I gave Titan a shot, and have not regretted it. Top notch service and employees go out of their way to please the customer. Guys at the desk walk you through everything with your car, they explain in detail everything that they do. They work with you and not against you. Could not be more Pleased!!!!!!

Clay and Mike are excellent guys and have always taken care of me. I can honestly say the group of guys at Titan are one of the few places I can take my car and know nothing will go wrong. After having my wheels powder coated they were one of the few places that were up for the task of mounting them and recently aligned the car without leaving a single scratch. If youre looking for quality work and honest prices this is the place to go.

Just moved to the Richmond area and needed vehicle inspections and shortly after that a lift finished on a truck. Couldnt be happier with Mike and Adam at TITAN...Adam went above & beyond completing a lift that I started but couldnt finish, he went as far as fabbing brackets to get everything to work properly AND painted the exposed parts...Outstanding crew, Ill definitely be using their services in the future

Titan was great. They gave me a fair deal on my tires, were easy to communicate and set up the appointment with over the phone, there was no wait when I got there, their facility is clean and professional, and they made a few suggestions for further maintenance without giving me a hard sell. Theyve been in touch since with other offers, which Ill be taking them up on soon!
