I absolutely love La Boheme salon after just one visit and will now be a regular customer. I have had a pixie cut for little over a year and have had one bad cut and trim after the other! Either my hair was just lopped off or I had to go back or somewhere else for a different stylist to "fix" what the other had completely left uneven, too full, not blended or just not styled in anyway. My stylist (and new savior) is Courtney. She is warm, friendly, professional, experienced and all around a very nice and talented stylist. We had the best consultation I have ever had and I had 100% confidence in her because she discussed with me ahead of time what she was going to do with each part of my cut and why. I appreciated that and the fact that THAT was exactly what she did to my hair. Everything was enjoyable, from the ambiance of the salon to the finished results. She styled me at the end and ASKED if she could try something a little different versus just doing it and telling me later. She styled me with Aveda brillance gel and blow dried my hair and finished with a dab of shine/oil. The results were beautiful! My pixie is stylish, fits my personality completely, is even and clean and just looks great. I also met the owner and she took the time to come over, introduce herself and spend a few minutes talking to me. Plus, they are an Aveda salon (I know, you just cant go wrong there) and have all the Aveda hair products that Ill need. Go see Courtney, folks! You wont regret it.

Absolutely horrible experience that began at the time I attempted to book for services. I had a voucher on Groupon so I decided why not use it as a way to find a new salon. I do not have an issue paying over $200 to get my hair done but I refuse to pay it to an establishment that does not put customer service first. They have wasted my time and now made it impossible for me to get another hair appointment before tomorrow night. I have a function to go to and they waited until the last possible minute to let me know the Groupon they posted was posted in error and that I have to call Groupon to get a refund. Ive never had a merchant do that. They should have honored the Groupon for the people that purchased them and taken the post down so no more could be purchased if it was put up in error.

I bought a Groupon for a haircut with Courtney after chatting with her briefly on Facebook a few months ago and then reading reviews. She is AWESOME! I had been struggling to find someone to replace my hairdresser that took another job and I finally found that person in Courtney. She listens to what you want, asks a lot of questions and really wants you to be happy with your hair. Shes also a super sweet, personable person to talk to. I will be back and I definitely recommend!

I bought a Groupon for a facial and ended up walking out with a haircut also! The employees were amazing very nice and relaxing environment and just made you feel peaceful. And well Aveda products are amazing so that makes it to much better! La Boheme will definitely be my go to while Im here in Norfolk!

I had the most wonderful facial with Crystal. My skin is very light and particularly sensitive, so Im used to walking out of facials looking like I have a serious sunburn. But not with Crystal! My skin feels rejuvenated and soft, and she gave me great tips to keep up the glow at home.

I have been calling since Christmas to use my groupon that was given to me by my husband. I have tried contacting Justin by calling the number provided on the Groupon, I have tried calling the salon and leaving messages, and even sent Justin a message on facebook. No luck =(
