NEVER NEVER NEVER again!! So, I had my appointment set for 2:45 to have SIMPLE curls on a short (Above the shoulder) and straight hair! I called them to let them know I was running late and Id make it 10 minutes late, which I did (I was inside the saloon at 2:55). They said I would be fine and even so I waited for aproximately 15 minutes. Its totally fine since I was the late one, however I found out later that the person who unfortunately touched my hair was outside with the crowd checking this rapper who was there for an autograph session. Well, okay again since I was late 10 minutes as well. As soon as we started she left me again for at least 10 minutes to help a walk in customer who was looking for something for dry scalp, then more interruption since she needed to change the curling iron because she didnt like the one she had, then again to get spray and then again to get some pins... Its part of the job I thought...I showed her a picture of what I wanted (Very simple and natural curls)..1 hour later I was atill there halfway done, 2 hpurs later still working on my hair..Another half hour I was finally done and my hair didnt look at all as what I wanted and showed her..I was extremely mad because I had a party started at 6 and I got off the place at 5:30 and still had to get my make up done (Of course I lost my appointment and had to get something really quick at Lancôme Counter at Nordstrom). When I was ready to pay she was about to charge me 45 dollars for curls when I was told the day before it would be 25 and it would take up to 1 hour. I told her it wasnt right and she said she was glad I told her and she was helped by other staff member who actually confirmed it was 25. I felt bad for paying to have my hair not looking the way I wanted and wasting my time like that. The girl was nice but unfortunately she definitely doesnt get what it takes!!

I have always wanted to get my haircut here because from the outside the place looks very nice. I walked in and made an appointment for an hour later which turned into 1.5 hours. Personally, I did not mind the wait. There was very little space to wait in the salon though- only 2 chairs! Now I am a guy that gets my haircut every 1.5-2 weeks. I get a lot of haircuts, but I usually just go to Great Clips. I think my experience at Regis was the worst yet. The girl was afraid to fold my ear down and kept ramming the clippers into the outside of my ear! No apology either. I almost got up and left right there- I can handle a bad haircut, but physically harming customers and not even noticing it?!? I have NEVER been treated so horribly. I dont even know what she was doing to the top, but she found a way to make it painful. As for the edges of my hair she seemed afraid of touching it up. I got the impression that she didnt know what she was doing nor did she care. I cant believe I paid so much for this experience. I think the stylists name was Katia.

I decided to go to Regis because my former hair gal was no longer in the business, and I wanted a great haircut, superior to a Great Clips (you get what you pay for) I wanted a trim up of an already layered short cut. What would normally take 20 mins, took 1.5 hours. It was excruciating. The lady, although extremely nice, was very inexperienced and required help from her co worker who was complaining the whole time that she wanted to quit her job. My cut was not what I wanted and I wasted my time and money and the whole experience was so awful. It felt like the twilight zone. I see why the place was empty on a Saturday. :(

Worst hair cut EVER! Worst service EVER! First they rush me on the fly before another client. I should have walked out right when I saw I was being fitted in. Did not dry my hair so I did not get the full emo pirate effect til later. Satisfaction guarantee is a total lie. I send pictures to the home office and they didnt call me, they called the manager and said I need to come BACK TO THEM, for a fit. I have filed claims with corporate and with my bank to reverse charges. BE WARE. Feel free to email me for pictures.

I went there last year because I was incredibly bored with my hairstyle and I wanted a haircut. Juan did an excellent job with my hair and he did an excellent job for the few months that I went to him. After Juan left, Naomi did my hair very nicely. They have great hairstylists. There is a stylist that I love here. I have a sensitive scalp, do not like my hair pulled, tugged and snarls raked out, she does a fantastic job. Sovya is great highly recommend her.

The worst place to go for a simple trim and style. The stylist on the left side of the store are flithy. There is dust and hair on the containers. They seem more interested in doing each others hair than the customers. I went in for a simple bob and Lauren kept asking about layers. She is tough in her handling left with scratches on the back of my neck, not sure if it was from her nails or her comb. Absolutely the worst! I will not be going back!

Con: Kinda pricey. I say kinda pricey, because I can get a "good enough" haircut for substantially cheaper. Dont get me wrong, the two times Ive gone there, Ive had awesome cuts. One with Emily and most recently Erin. When I walked in, they said they could see me in 45 mins. I showed up 45 mins later and was ushered to a chair. No wait. Erin did a great job at fading my hair, edging, and lining me up. She was sweet and nice to talk to.

I went in spur of the moment. I had Tabitha, she was great. I told her my needs for my haircut and she made it happen, had no problem doing little extras here and there that I wanted last minute. Told her I wanted a product and she tried at least 4 different ones on my hair until we found the perfect one for me. There may be some bad reviews here but I had an excellent experience with Tabitha and will definitely be going back to her.

I went in for a haircut today kind of skeptical because of the other reviews. When I got there I was immediately greeted by someone and taken back to my chair. The stylist gave me one of the best shampooings Ive ever had. I got a wonderful haircut that I have received many compliments on. Everyone was very friendly and talking to each other, both the clients and staff, the whole time. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

Today I went in needing a haircut to clean up the ends of my hair. I am on vacation and decided to stop into the salon. That is when I met Jessica. She did an amazing job on my hair. She took her time and listened. Jessica gave me exactly what I wanted. When she was finished my husband stopped in his tracks and said he loved it. (Normally he never even notices). She does a fantastic job.
