Lazy Lazy Lazy people. The Mail delivery staff is the worst on the planet. Won’t come up to the door leaves PS Form 3849 with nothing filled out with me then I go to pick up the package and they 1. Have lost my mail to can’t track it because they filled the ps form out wrong. We will be at home driver will knock and start walking back to car ill open the door as he is getting back in the truck we will make eye contact and he will still drive off. HOW/WHY do these people get hired I dont understand. I have went on line to use the usps tracking tool call the location sand they 1. Can’t tell me where my mail is, have lost 3 packages. 2. Even when my mail is delivered the online tracking tells me otherwise, trying to follow up with tracking is like talking to a wall if you stay on hold for the full 1 HOUR!!!!!. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with! Extremely rude and unprofessional! USPS needs to fix this or we need a new mailing system vise USPS

I give them a one since there is no negative. I am waiting on a very important check to come. was mailed last week Wednesday. should have been here today. mail normally runs at 11am. he didnt show up until 6pm. stopped at all mail boxes but mine. He completely by passed me. everybody else got there junk mail!! still puts mail in the wrong mail boxes. I have security cameras. caught them one time driving all in my yard and throwing the package over the fence, this was on film!!!!! Asked my wife last Saturday where a certain address was. are you freaking kidding me? a mail man unable to read the numbers on the box to make a delivery? Why do you hire people like this?? That check I am looking for equals 2 years income. I am going to have it cancelled and beg them to over night a new one. screw you meadowdale 23234!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called and was put on hold for 22 minutes then hung up and called again. Told the guy he forgot me and he apologized. He asked me for my info and then put me on hold again. Now Im calling back and nobody is answering. REALLY FRUSTRATING. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered something small and instead of leaving it in my mailbox I got a we missed you note and they told me if I didnt get back them by Monday (which was presidents day) then they would return it to send. So thanks a lot for putting me on hold cause most likely my item I bought 3 months ago is being sent back. JUST GREAT. :/

Package was delivered today. Was not in my apartment mail box nor the small package boxes near all the mail boxes. Also carrier said left at front desk of my apartment. They checked 3 times than allowed me to check and there is no package. I called four times they answered took my info, said they would call back and never did. I had to call back every single time. Still no package nor an update on where it is.

Absolute worst service I have ever had in my life. I walked in just before 5 to mail something and one of the post office workers shut the door in my face and said we close at 5. I replied, I was just behind the last woman they let in. She then look at me and said I was a liar and had to come back in the morning. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Worst service ever.

This post office badly needs an automated machine to handle some of the common user needs like buying postage. There is almost always a line, there isnt much room for that line to occupy, and the employees are not especially speedy. They make up for this in friendliness, but it would still be feasible for somebody to lose half a lunch break here, or more.

They didnt deliver an important package and it got sent back!!!!!!!Hell trying to follow up in the past.even with a tracking number it didnt get here...not happy!!!!!!And very important and expensive things get put in my mailbox..and not where I request them:(....why is stuff deemed undeliverable with an address on it thats viable?

Got pop up message that at 8pm that USPS had attempted to deliver a package at 8pm. I was sitting in room at front of my house.. Had heard truck pull off but no knock or doorbell. LIVID!

Was given a key to the wrong mailbox. Eventually they must have realized and changed the lock on the mailbox, now I have keys that dont work to ANY mailbox. Ridiculous
