This post office is absolute garbage. They dont adhere to any of their own rules and allow different rules for different customers. They are terribly rude, lazy and unprofessional. The only employee at this branch that is respectful, courteous, professional and goes out of his way to help you is Brian. Thats it. I spoke to some lazy ass unprofessional lady (Theresa) or something and she sounded like she was bored and didnt want to help in any way. Didnt answer any of my questions, didnt bother to help, just didnt care. Pure professionalism at its best. NOT. The mail carriers are just as lazy. I dont get my mail or packages delivered on time. Sometimes hell they just skip a day. They make up their own rules and I had an IN REGULATION mailbox set up and they wouldnt deliver mail to it. I placed my mailbox there for the safety of the mail carrier because of the street that I live on and the terrain, but they wouldnt deliver it. So, since the mail carrier didnt care about their own safety, I made sure that I put my mailbox in the most inconvenient position while still being in regulation. But yet just down the street, another neighbor has their mailbox EXACTLY like I had mine the first time and they get mail delivered there. Again, worthless, unprofessional, lazy, dont follow their own rules. Everyone except Brian needs to be fired at this branch.

The mail carriers are lazy people. Twice I have not received my packages because of these people. The first time I didnt get a package I checked the status of the delivery and it stated that a notice was left because the location wasnt secure to leave the package. When I went to go check for this notice nothing was there; not on the porch or in the mailbox. However, it was almost 8:00pm at night and pitch black...what isnt secure about that. I assume they either didnt come at all or just didnt want to leave the package on the porch. Not to mention the package got delivered the next day no problem (this was after I called the main number and the physical location). What was even more frustrating after all was said and done there was someone home to accept the package. The most recent time I was supposed to get a package delivered and didnt come was due to my "mailbox being blocked". Considering that nothing was blocking the mailbox I would just assume they didnt bother coming at all. Prior to this Ive never really had any "issues" but after reading other comments this seems like its nothing new.

Absolutely ridiculous. No one will take responsibility about things obviously their fault. My mom sent a package from South Korea and they just left it for 2 weeks while we didnt get any notice then sent it back. Mom spent another 100 bucks to send it back. Then this post office sent it right back because a clark assumed the address is not valid. Ive talked to people at the post office but nobody knows what to do or take responsibility. Now mom will have to spend another 100bucks. She spent 300 bucks to send a package!!! Are you kidding me??? I cannot believe this is happening. Obviously people there have no idea what theyre doing. Dont even talk about how rude they are???!!!! Please avoid using this post office if you can. Apprently they dont care the reviews or are willing to improve their services.

If it wasnt for the nice lady who typically delivers mail to this neighborhood, this review would be a zero. After two snow days, mail was delivered on Tuesday, but USPS decided to not service our neighborhood at all on Wednesday (needed to send bills out)? Im guessing the USPS gives free reign to their drivers to slack-off after snow days. Additionally, on Thursday, the mail person...Im sure who was not the normal mail lady, decided to only drop off envelope mail, but not my packages (driveway and walkway was clear). I was notified by Amazon that, "An attempt was made to deliver your package. Please look for a notice of attempted delivery for the next steps". Guess what, no delivery notice. Now I have to drive to the Litchfield Post Office to pick up my mail and deal with the "pleasant" people there.

I only gave them a one star because zero is not an option. This Post office is awful and full of excuses. Constantly delivering my mail to others and theirs to me. I constantly receive others Mail including but not limited to packages with some expensive items inside. When calling the P.O. To complain about this constant problem you are met with a plethora of excuses and lies. Not to mention the ( you must have talked to the other supervisor) I did? I could have swore the person I set face to face with was a man. Trying to make the customer feel stupid may work on some customers BUT NOT ME. Just admit you stink, it would serve you much better instead of trying to pass the buck.

Worst post office ever! Moved to Fredericksburg 7 months ago. Have had issues thoughtful the year of lost mail or mail going to neighbors mailbox, RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from EVERYONE Ive spoken with at the post office! We got snow last Friday and I havent received ANY mail in a week!! Our roads have been cleaned and the snow is already melted! Theres no excuse! Funny thing is I have saw my Mail carrier several times In my community but nothing inside our Clusterbox for our street! Packages arent updating or being delivered and I was supposed to received (2) On Monday!! Keep getting the turn around with everyone I speak too! They need to get their stuff in order fast!

I go to this post office almost every day to drop off packages. The current staff are always friendly and courteous. Service at the window is often slow due to the litany of questions you have to answer, but this is due to poor software and antiquated credit card systems. This isnt actually my post office but I go here because the lady at Hartwood is rude, the PO at Lake Arrowhead closes at 2 (!), the post office on 610 is hard to get in and out of safely, and the Rt 1 post office is so bad they must get their employees as rejects from the DMV. No post office is perfect, but this one is the best in the area.

Rude staff. A neighbor destroyed our community mailboxes forcing everyone to pick up our mail at the post office. I work for a living and can only access the PO once a week on Saturday. I enquired if a PO box was available for a short term until ours were replaced (which originally was estimated to be 1-3 months) and was told no, they only offer 6 months rentals. I asked if there could be an exception and was told to be "thankful for what you got" and they "werent obligated" to hold my mail for pick-up. They need to train their personnel for better customer service.

Because of 2 snow days already, when mail did run on the Tuesday I received a bill that was on the brink of being late, Wednesday, the very next day, and mind you the roads were fine, they just didnt come. I called the post office on Thursday inquiring, and they were rude saying only "some" mail was delivered with no other explanation. I am so frustrated with the lack of professionalism and rudeness without any regards to the situation they put people in because they simply dont do their job that they are paid well for!
