Huge thank you to the woman that helped me at the front desk this morning. I knew it would be a complicated trip, and I usually feel really embarrassed that I hold up the line when thats the case. She was the only person working the desk, but she helped me do what I needed to do with a positive attitude and was easily able to help other customers that were there for quick trips. I dont think its fair to make people wait in line for quick trips, including if the hold-up is myself. She did a great job.

More and more often mail is not delivered or delivered very late. Yesterday, 11/03 /14 is a prime example. I put out a piece for pickup when the mail was delivered, and took it back in the house at 1930 after it became evident no mail was going to be delivered. I checked my box this morning and sure enough, no delivery. I live in Bon Air Hills. Lets put some service into USPS.

On several occasions I have mailed greeting cards across town only to be delivered a week later. Recently I mailed 2 greeting cards on March 23rd and they still have not been received by recipient. Its now April 10th!! Gift cards inserted. Lets see if they are ever delivered and if gift cards are still enclosed! On a positive note, my home mail carrier is great!

In the last l0 days, I have received my neighbors mail at least 4x. My box is clearly marked so there is no excuse! and where is my mail????? No wonder they are going broke! Poor service!!!!!! And this neighbor is probably throwing my mail away!

I live right down the street, literally 2 minutes away and my package ended up in a whole other area code. This is ridiculous, you have one job which is to deliver mail and you cant even do that right

busy phones, carrier drives by at least 4 times and wont take my outgoing mail until after 5 each day...now mortgage payment is not received, wonder where it is...
