April 23, 2015. The Lady at the post office today was so nasty to me. I was the only one standing there on this early Morning waiting for someone to help me because no one was in sight. In walks a man and a woman together. The lady came to the desk and beckoned to them to come to her for help. After the coupled was helped then she asked me how can she help me. The couple told me they apologized because they thought she helped me already. Apparently, they dont like to answer the phone unless you let it ring until it cant ring anymore. I will take my business to the base next time instead of giving these people business. This lady was very unpleasant even in the middle of the transaction. I wanted to say to her"why come to work if you cant be bothered" I wont call her out but I hope someone else report her because when I told my spouse about this he said right off the back this person. Somebody need JESUS

AVOID this location! 1) had SASE and bought postage online, REFUSED to refund me the $11.90 and Tran (gal at front) has NO customer service, is rude and should NEVER be allowed to deal with the public! 2) Had an overseas package I ordered. Wait, Wait, contact sender, tracking number showed it arrived in US 7/22. NEVER once did I receive a notice, never knew the package was there, 7/22 is a SATURDAY. I was HOME and no one delivered ANYTHING or knocked on my door. I watch my grandson so my front door WAS OPEN!! No one EVER walked up to my door! This is the worst post office ever! Even when I left New Orleans after Katrina THEY still did a better job delivering the mail!

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE. Where do I begin, when I called the store at 4:30PM I received the ringing tone for four straight consecutive minutes. After my first failed attempt at reaching them, I called them again and received the same tone until the phone was disconnected. Since, I have had little to no luck reaching them over the telephone. I approached them personally in the store, where I was greeted with a disrespectful tone, and absolutely no help whatsoever to my issue. So, my recommendation is to NEVER go to this store.

My package has been sitting there for the past three days and still has not been sent to my home. I then call the to ask why, the lady on the phone says my package is not there and that I will have to wait until the supervisor comes in to see what happened when it is clearly shows that my package has been there and has not attempted to be send it out for 3 days.Now every time I call the line is busy or that same lady answers the phone saying the supervisor is still not there. I am HIGHLY upset. They are the worst!!!!!

The post men here are the absolute worst. I asked for my mail to be held until December 30th yet they tried to deliver a package. Obviously no one was here to take it so they claimed to have left a note (they didnt). Now today my husband went to pick up all of our mail for our address and they didnt even give him a notice there was a package for our home. These people are god awful. If I could move solely based on the post service I would.

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. I like this Post Office because of its convenience to my job site. The packages that I send from here are delivered on time, sometimes even a day early. The customer service is brisk but friendly and courteous. If I show up and there is a line, it moves along fairly quickly. Ive been using this location for the past several months and have had a good experience with it so far.

The lady "Marilyn" had some unpleasant attitude. If she doesnt like to work then she shouldnt. I come in 10 mins before closing and she had problems with that. She started asking if i had work today and why was i late. I came 10 MINUTES before closing. Its called on TIME! i didnt go 1 minute before closing. If she has problems helping customers, she should quit this job! Ruined my mood for the rest of the day!

The people working at this location are some of the rudest people I have ever met. They are snotty and not at all helpful! I think they must all hate their jobs because I have visited this location on several occasions and have never been treated with any kind of customer service. Every one of them act like you are bothering them. No curtisty what so ever. They really give postal workers a bad name.

Had my two little ones with me today (1 year old and 2 year) and because my two year old was a little cranky and crying, the lady at the counter proceeded to tell me to control my child. Unbelievable! Never will I come back here. Mothers stay away!

This and all the USPS in my area have THE worst customer service. Its incredible. Ive called all locations like 10 times and no answer from none! Its just ridiculous. Im very very pissed off. Horrible.

I visit this post office quite often and always have a good experience. The employees can be a little dry, but they do a good job and are efficient. Avoid Monday mornings if you can help it.

Friendly service and helpful. Only one bad thing was that their credit/debit machine was down...Who pays with checks? I returned with cash and got what I needed quick and easy.
