My husband, son and I all have german made vehicles and we have been doing business with Perception Motor Werks every since they have been in business at this location. We have had nothing but great service each tme we take our vehicles in.They are very reasonable and honest people and will tell us exactly what is wrong with our vehicle and the cost for repairs. And they will also give us a heads up on anything that will need to be repaired soon and the approximate cost. Thanks Mike and Rachel.

Excellent service. Honest and reasonable quotes. Service requirements are explained in detail. Mike takes the time to show the customer the damaged parts so the customer understands the cause and effect, as well as the solution. We also liked the fact that they are a family owned and operated small business. If you have a German car, bring it to them and you will not be disappointed.

My husband took our old Mercedes and my Altima to Perception MW. We wanted them to switch a couple tires from the Mercedes onto the Altima. The guy told my husband he only worked on German cars and he would NOT switch the tires. Last time I checked, Mercedes falls under that category. Who turns down business these days??

PMW gave my Porsche 944 a thorough post-purchase inspection using UV dye to backtrack a couple small oil leaks. Reviewed my timing and balance shaft belts, verified no oil and coolant marriage, and suggested a few future updates to consider. Excellent people..
