I love Fighting Gravity Fitness!! From day 1 of my first fundamentals class I felt welcome by everyone I met! Audrey who owns the studio is super nice and friendly and makes everyone feel at home. She remembered my name after one class! Since then Ive taken several other classes and all of the instructors are great and really make you feel like you can do anything. I was having problems relaxing so I started going to Yoga with Lori and shes been fabulous! I really cant say enough about this place!

We did a 7-person (bachelorette weekend) class and it was SO fun! Not too hard, and loved the interaction that was allowed during the class--laughing and talking welcomed! Great instructor who was patient and kind.
