Quit looking for a place to take your vehicle - you just hit the jackpot. Right from the start they were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They helped to save me money when they could, and stunned me by fixing my company work truck that I was beginning to think was beyond hope - and in just a couple of days. And for much less than we were quoted by others. Its a 2000 Chevy Silverado crew cab and it runs like a dream - I still cant quite believe it. You have no idea what a relief it is as a small business owner to know that I have a place right around the corner that I know I can depend on to help keep my truck and business running. Thank you One Stop Auto Repair - for not being like every other place I tried to get to fix my truck.

We took our Nissan to a few different places including two Nissan dealers who could not fix the car. All the dealers could do is tell us what the computer said the car needed, which never fixed the problem and cost more many than it should have. One Stop took their time -- diagnosed the problem with their eyes and hands in addition to using Nissans stupid computer. The impossible problem for Nissan dealers ended up being a fuel pump and spark plugs. These guys are great! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

This place is absolutely incredible! My car would not start so I had to have it towed to them after hours and dropped off my key. They called the very next morning at 7:30am and told me the problem and it would be fixed by 10:30am. WOW!!! That is customer service!!! I will continue to return to this place for any car problems. I actually found this place by accident because I was desperate to get my car inspected ASAP! And this seemed to be the only place open on Saturdays! This place is gold!

Had a horrible experience here, they didnt do their job properly but collected every cent of labor that I had to spend my tuition money on and scratch up the rest to pay. Trusted them to fix the car but they returned it unfixed plus broken pieces and missing pieces under the hood, and said its unfixable and that they did their part so pay up. I got played by these money greedy people, learned my lesson and never going back. I never write reviews but this experience was so bad, I just had to.

A friend brought us to One Stop Auto a few years ago. They are very friendly and courteous. And they always go the extra mile. Often they have went out of their way to try to help save a few dollars by sourcing parts from different locations. Jerry and Dan, and the rest of the guys are really good people. We are happy they are so close by and so easy to get to. Weve tried many others, and dealers - none can compare to the service we get at One Stop Auto.

I came in early for a state inspection and was really happy with my experience. I was greeted by the owner when I arrived and checked in right away. The inspection itself was done quickly and someone made sure to check in with me while some recommended maintenance was done. I never felt forgotten about--something Ive felt A LOT at my dealer. I was very happy with the way the staff at One Stop treated me when I had my oil changed. They did not try to pressure me or run up a bill on minor repair issues. I did really appreciate them informing me about a minor engine rear main seal oil leak. I know can watch for a problem and budget for the repair if the leak gets worse.

Ive been going here for years and i love them!! They dont try to get over on you like alit shops do, they give you a break down on what needs to be done before they do any work to your car. Everyone is friendly and cheerful everytime i go there!! Keep up the good work fellas

The mechanic and inspector of car are honest and genuine. Provided a very reasonable estimate to get my car fixed . Nice service . One stop gave $700 estimate to fix the car reasonably safe enough to clear inspection unlike Merchantire who gave $1300 estimate.

Very nice! Found problem and called within an hour of truck being delivered via tow truck. Found cheapest price to fix the problem and had back in 5 hours, was ready in about 3. Kind and really helpful! Gained permanent customers!

Pricey and put lots of miles on my vehicle?? Dont understand why over 100 miles had been put on my car. Just asked for breaks and oil change. Used up my gas!@#$ Stay away!

This week I got a lube and oil change and had my tires rotated for LESS THAN HALF of what I paid at the dealers last time! Theyre friendly and fast, and so far so good!
