Dont believe the hype! Yes, Jeff is a "nice" guy but nice guys still rip you off! Having recently moved to the area i looked on Google for a good mechanic when my vehicle developed an intermittent fault, it was happening every odd day and fortunately when i dropped the car off it was on a day when Jeff could hear the noise. They investigated it and called me later that day to say they had found the problem and it would be $280 and change. I gave them the go ahead and received a call the next day to say they had done the repairs but that it hadnt solved the problem! they said they NOW knew what the problem was and it would be a further $650.00! i needed the car so gave them the go ahead to do what was needed, i trusted them based on other reviews I picked the car up two days later and the problem appeared to have been solved, however, 3 days later the problem was there again! i took to Google myself and found a forum for my vehicle and after several posts asking for help within an hour i had the problem fixed and it costs me 15 minutes of time and a total of $12!! There is no worse feeling in the world than when someone you trust rips you off, i had and still have this feeling every time i drive past Victory Lane on an almost daily basis. Do not trust the nice smiling faces, the courtesy pick up and drop off, take your vehicle somewhere else other than Victory Lane, you have been warned

The owner, Jeff Wallace, and his technicians are men of integrity. This is a veteran owned establishment and the staff is military friendly. Costs for repairs are reasonable and much lower compared to other auto repair shops because they work with the customer to determine the safest, most financially prudent, and best course of action to repair vehicles. They have proven to me on numerous occasions that integrity and customer satisfaction come before profit, i.e., ill-gotten gain.
