“Quality” Says it all! Quality Auto Body completely re-painted my 1954 Chevrolet pickup and finished off the detail work on the four fenders I fabricated. This was a massive job – requiring the disassembly of the truck down to the frame – sanding and repairing all of the inevitable rust – then priming and painting everything – and re-assembling the hundreds of parts correctly. Quality Auto Body has done all of the body and paint work on my cars and trucks over the years, so I knew that I would get top-quality work on my truck – and I was not disappointed! My truck was transformed (please see the photo) into a beautifully finished show truck and daily driver. I drive the truck regularly and participate in car shows, so the quality of workmanship and materials must be rugged enough to withstand regular use, yet still maintain a "show quality" appearance. Chris Spencer and his crew excelled on all points. Chris kept me informed as the transformation proceeded, sending me regular email updates with photos of the work. It was as close to being there in the shop as practical. When problems came up (on a 60+ year-old truck, you get your share of problems), Chris solved them all and even suggested some improvements to the custom mounting of the headlights and grill trim. As you might expect, Quality Auto Body is a busy shop and you may need to wait a bit before you can get in. Dont despair. Chris and Joseph are straight forward about what jobs are in the queue and when they can get you in - and the wait is well worth it. I would not go anywhere else for ultra-high quality auto body and paint work. I paid a very reasonable price for truly top-notch work - and thats a combination that is hard to find anywhere.

Like many people online, I base my business on customer reviews and ratings. I found Quality Auto Repair via Yelp and Google. First impression, they were extremely friendly. I was getting a pair of side mirrors painted on my car. The cost was pretty good. After a few days, they said that they havent had time to paint yet since they were busy so it would take a couple of more days. After a week, I finally got my mirrors back. They fixed a small crack in the housing of my side mirror for free, which I am very appreciative. However, the paint job itself wasnt the greatest. There were two very minor chips in the paint near the glass mirror. When I asked the person about it, he said that he would take it back to the paint shop to get it corrected. At the same time, the paint shop personnel walked in and was notified of the problem. He snapped back and said, "just give him the touch up paint and let him do it himself!" The front desk person politely handed me the touch up paint and said that it would be very easy to fix myself. Though the person was polite, I wish they would have done a complete job instead of passing it off to me to finish. I think that the next time I need something painted, Ill just pay a little extra for better QUALITY work elsewhere. 7/10

I chose this body shop because of the reviews it had received. Id rather pay a little more and trust in the work that I get done. They were the second lowest quote that I had gotten, but I could tell by the professionalism they used when giving my quote that they took pride in their work. It was a 4 day job but they hurried it into three days so that I could have the car back when I needed it. I had scraped three panels across a lead pipe and their work completely repaired the damage. It looks as good as new. And before returning my car, they washed it very well, put wax on it, Rain-ex on the windows, and vacuumed/wiped down the inside of my car. It looked better than it did before the accident. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company, even if it cost $100 more. Its worth it to know your car is in good hands.

Simply put this is a trustworthy Auto Body Shop! While I did not actually get any work done at this location, I received a call from the mechanics at this location informing me that important business documents were found in a vehicle they were servicing (a rental I had just returned). They promptly went out of their way to get the documents back to me, other individuals would have not gone through the trouble and simply discarded them. If they take the time to help individuals who reside in a completely different state, I can only imagine the quality work and integrity they deliver in other aspects of their business. If the need opportunity arises, I hope to patronize this establishment.

I was thoroughly impressed by these guys. My car got into a crash. No problems with the engine or anything. Only body work. Dented hood, and the grill was broken. Some additional side body work as well. The insurance company declared my car a total, saying it would cost $2500 to fix. I took it to Auto Body and asked them the minimun cost for getting my car back on the road. They fixed up most everything, save for a few scratches. The car looks better than it was before the crash, and they did it all for $850. The car isnt perfect, but heck of a lot better than I was expecting. Plus the guys there are friendly and sincere to boot. No regrets about giving them a 5 out of 5.

The fellows at QAB were really nice, understanding, and helpful with my car repairs. Because of waiting through insurance stuff it took a long time from the estimate they did for my until I actually got my car in for repairs (Im talking months) but they remembered the car and the situation and were good about waiting and explaining things. Now that the work is done, I must say they came in WAY under the estimate and it really was a Quality job that they did. It took a little longer than they thought it would, but by no fault of their own-just waiting for parts to arrive. I wish they would have called to update me on the delay. Thats my only "complaint."

The team at QAB is awesome. They were recommended by a mechanic who has been in the business for 20+ years, and they met/surpassed all my expectations. I desperately needed some major body work/replacements done in just 3 days, and as I was paying out-of-pocket, I needed to minimize costs. The estimate from QAB was among the very lowest I received, the final price was virtually spot-on, the work was done perfectly, and best of all, I got the car back well before my deadline! They were utterly professional and a real pleasure to deal with throughout. They have my business for as long as I am in the area, and I will recommend them to everyone!

I went to QAB to have the hood of my 2000 Toyota Corolla repainted just about a year ago. Its previous owners had apparently had the same thing done on the cheap, and over the years the paint had blistered, faded, and peeled. These guys gave me the best quote of four or five shops in Fairfax and Vienna, and they did a beautiful job. Sometimes Im still slightly stunned when I see my car with its glistening hood. Really nice guys in the shop, too, and that counts for a lot.
