Freddy Martinez, have been stellar in perfect customer service to us. We feel it was a pleasant experience witnessing the manner in which our painting projects were completed by the Manor Works Crews, particularly with Freddy at the forefront. Freddy has always taken care of us and we believe through him we have received that best possible service. We highly recommend that if you are looking for great painting results, ask that Freddy be your crew leader, you wont be disappointed! Reflecting back over the Christmas Holiday period, your crew leader Freddy Martinez and his crews painted the interior of my house. I have had the absolute pleasure of engaging Manor Works twice in the past for painting the exterior of my home and bedrooms in Bethesda. Always a professional job with outstanding results. Recently I called Mark Osborne, the owner, to explain that I had had a pin hole leak in my kitchen ceiling and was hoping he could send someone quickly to repair the wall board and repaint. In just a few days Ismael arrived to repair and then paint the whole ceiling in the kitchen which also leads into the family room. Ismael was prompt, worked around my schedule and did a wonderful job. Ismael was meticulous in protecting my furnishings, wallpaper and floors. Not to mention the clean up! I would highly recommend Manor Works and will of course continue to use them in the future!

Manor Works is a fantastic company to work with. Mark Osborne, the owner, is hands on in his company and takes the time to make sure that the contracted jobs are being done to the customers specifications. Ive had Manor Works do several jobs over the years and will never use anyone else for my painting and light carpentry needs. Whether its exterior or interior, you can count on their expert crews to do a first-rate job every time. The crews always took the time to discuss any issues or questions I had, and the jobs were done when they said theyd be done. I just cant recommend this company enough. Call them -- you will be glad you did!

The job was to paint outside metal railings on both sides of the house plus a metal grate. Paint was peeling badly. Neri and his partner Manuel scraped away all the loose paint and sanded the surfaces smooth. This was the most difficult part of the job. They then applied two coats of paint in the color we chose, carefully achieving a smooth finish. I was impressed with their thoroughness and how they made extra efforts to achieve the excellent result we wanted
