This store has no idea what they are doing and lie! Took my vehicle there and got a quote on four tires. The guy at the counter, gave me a quote and I scheduled my appointment to get the tires put on. He printed out the itemized list for the quote and I left. When I got home I noticed my final price was almost $100 dollars more than what they guy had quoted me. I was charged 1 charge twice for $30 and had other questions about the other misc. charges. So when I went back in to get my tires changed, I dealt with the Store Manager (and I thought great, he should be able to help) and he was no help with the various charges on my quote. He kept interrupting me and wouldnt let me explain how I was being overcharged. I finally just gave up and let them put the tires on. Just wait, it gets better! When I came back to pick my vehicle up the Store Manager tells me they got the tires on and the only issue was my right rear tire sensor was broken and thats why the light was on on my dashboard. I had ZERO lights on on my dashboard, nor was I having any issues with the sensor prior to taking it in. I told him that I didnt have any lights on on my dash when I brought it in and asked what happened. I asked if it was something they may have bumped taking off/putting on my tires and he assured me it wasnt because they dont touch them. They just use a small machine to check the senors that they wave over the area and it tells them if its working or not. I continued to talk to him about the light and reminded him the light on the dash wasnt on when I brought it in and so Im not leaving with it on. He then retracted his statement and said it wasnt on on my dash, their was a light that shows up on the machine they used to check it. So I asked him again, so their is no light on on my dash right now? He assured me their wasnt, I said okay, paid and left. Get in my car, turn it on and yep! You guessed it! A light is on on my dash. I had other time sensitive things to do for the day and so I left and decided I would take care of it later. After I got home that evening, I googled information for replacing tires on my car and looked in my manual, hoping it was just something that needed to be reset. Sure enough, I found information that said anytime the tires were rotated or replaced I needed to perform a reset for the sensor to pick up on the PSI for each tire. I performed that reset and low and behold, it fixed the light and guess what else!?!? The right rear sensor was working just fine! Now this was a GM vehicle and from what I found was a pretty standard reset that needed to be done for most types of GM vehicles after you rotate or get new tires for. So not only did they overcharge me, they tried to tell me something was broken when it wasnt (even if it was, it wasnt when I took it in and they werent worried about fixing it and even lied about it!) so that tells me they dont know what they are doing and that if I wouldnt have done my homework then I probably would have went and had someone fix the sensor and spent even more money when I didnt need to. I would definitely think twice before going to them!!

I took my 2005 car for an alignment and bought two new tires. Customer service was excellent, the work was done great, I thought they added too many fees on the charge but because their service was good I didnt mind it. I thought I could make this shop my auto repair shop but when I took in my 1998 truck for a squeaky noise, which I mentioned I thought it was the tie rods and asked them to check it, they just turned my impression about them 180 degrees. they told me yeah the tie rods are bad and the steering arms, the brake discs and pads and the total price would cost me close to $2,000. I bought the car for $1,500 so I wasnt going to spend that much plus it sounded fishy. When I said I would just pay for the estimate and get a second opinion. They told me the car was not drivable because they dismantle the wheel and the brakes fell off. I asked that the car be put back the way I drove it their and they wouldnt do it, they said I had to toe it out. I got a friend to help me push it out and then I found out it was drivable and drove it home "very slowly" as they took the break pad of one wheel. A mechanic friend fix my car at my driveway for $350 including all the parts. Replaced the ball joint, break dics & pads, and a caliper that the people at Firestone broke. Their customer service is great over the phone and in person the lady at the counter is nice. But they are definitely lying to people about what needs work. The tie rods and steering arms in my car are fine, the squeaky noise was due to a bad ball joint. So these people are dishonest in their estimates and because they sound so nice and seem to be honest they make want to spend money with them but be ware they are coning you for your money. I rather take my car to Morenos auto repair or Pepboys the only shops I found in the area that are not deceitful. Pepboys ended up doing the alignment for $70 bucks with coupons.

I started out as a walk in customer just for oil changes. Anything that I need done, I go here. Brake pads, rotors, oil changes, new tires, leaks, you name it theyve got me covered. Theyre extremely customer friendly. They remembered who I was and always let me know in advance how long it will take for them to get to my car. They know to tell me if they notice something is funny with my car and let me decide if I want to fix it now or later. I always ask for Dwight if hes there. Hes one of the best around. Hes extremely efficient, oil changes are a snap, and he doesnt miss a beat. If my brakes feel weird hell double check and see whats up. I never hesitate to ask him about any auto related question, I know hell tell me straight up.

In November of 2014 I went in for my lifetime alignment. The Manager and Technician both stated that I need a part before they could do an alignment. I left the location and promptly when to the dealership 20 minutes away to find out if their assessment was accurate. The finding was that the part was not only good but entirely false. I since have lost confidence in the Manager and the Technician there. I strongly suggest extreme caution when using this location. In terms of customer relations I have been to this location three times for other vehicle issues, each time I felt the staff should avoid belittling and raising their voices at customers. Trust your instincts regarding repairs and best of luck
