TL;DR - Long time customer, this place is the only one i trust in the area. I have been coming to CR for about 10 years. I ended up at his old garage when my fuel pump died and my car was stuck on i-95. He got me up and running after a day. Since then, ive been going to him for things from oil-changes to an engine rebuild. he always gave me the option of ordering new or refurbished parts to save me some cash. Customer service is good. He always personally calls when my car is ready to go. Hes at a new address now since the construction on Route1 began. Out of the 7 or so other mechanic places that used to be there, he was the only one approved a license to stick around. It was a headache trying to find someone else to trust my car to while the new garage was still getting settled. i dont really need to stop by often anymore since I have a brand new car but I still trust him to take care my routine maintenance. Don;t know what the other reviewer is talking about him reusing fluids and parts. For example, anyone that knows how to check oil knows that old oil goes from clear yellowish to jet black. You would know if he reused fluids but he definitly DOES NOT. Crystal clean every time.

My experience at the shop was horrible. The shop manager customer service is very professional, his attitude is poorest, and his wiliness to answer questions subpar. He provided me a quote for a part over the phone and I informed him that I would revisit his shop in 2 weeks for repairs. When I revisited the shop to get my vehicle fixed, after my vehicle was fixed, the original part quoted has increased by $165. I questioned the increase; he said that was the original quote. He wouldn’t provide evidence of the O.E. or paper work. I blame myself for not getting the quoted provided in writing, but I didn’t expect to get ripped off like this.

This place it bad really bad. The owner Cr will reuse old fluids and parts and sell them for new. He hires the lowest paid guys to work there and doesnt care if they know what they are doing. His slogan fixed right the first time is a joke. I have seen customers screaming at him for there money because he keeps charging them till he finds the problem. The police are at his shop about once a month for angry customers. All in all this place will lie, cheat, steal, and mess up your car. DONT bring your car here.

Very Bad customer services The Front Manager (Asian man) is nasty and rude. he is a crook. Please stay away from them. He refuses to let customers know that he has a policy of charging customers 3.5% for using Debit/Credit Cards. he also adds unnecessary charges to your bill. Very crooked State Inspector. They easily pass white customers cars and fail minority customers cars. Please stay away from MCR Auto Services. There are many decent auto service shops in Dumfries and Woodbridge Area

I dont know what the bottom guy is talking about, he may be a rival mechanic giving bad reviews to other shops. CR is the main guy, he is the only mechanic I trust in this area. I have been going to him routinely for 3 years now. Great in and out times plus it has always been no hassle service. My experience has always been that he rarely tells you the old oh by the way this is wrong too spiel, but when he does it legitimately has a problem. A+ service and pricing.

Been using MCR Auto Services for around 5 years or 6 years. My wife found him first when her old van had some problems. He knows what hes doing and Ive never had any problems or issues after hes worked on my truck. CR is always up front with the pricing. Ill continue using as long as Im in the area. bit more difficult to find now since he moved off the main road. but worth a couple of extra turns.

Just went to get an Inspection for my 2004 Honda Civic they failed the car for deem headlight, I dont even know what that means and when asked they couldnt explain what that meant to fix it and the Inspector was nowhere to be found to tell me how to fix it. The only thing they know how to explain is cash or credit. Just be aware of a crooked inspector "PEDRO R. MANZANO" avoid it if you can!

Crooks failed our inspection for a horn not working when it worked 3 minutes before we pulled in. Also "fixed a belt on our car" but a day later the car doesnt start. Very frustrated I hope this place closes down do not ever go here. They have messed up our car so bad. This place doesnt even deserve one star. I really hope this place gets investigated soon.

I like the place. They seem reasonable and honest. Ive had a few inspections and usually everything is good. Which some shops find something wrong just so they can gouge you. If they dont gouge you on inspection than you can trust them. Clean waiting room.

Diagnostics rate was $85 took it to TCM a mile away and they did it for free. Asian man is rude and awful. STAY AWAY RIP OFF
