DO NOT bring your clothes here. The quality of their cleaning services are atrocious, terrible, and substandard; their customer service is also very unpleasant. I started bringing my clothes here sometime last year. They did an ok job at first, and then steadily decreased over time to unacceptable levels. Major complaints below: 1. Ironing and starching over dirt and soiled areas in clothes that were obviously not cleaned and smelled dirty. 2. Putting crease in garment although they are marked for no crease. 3. Removing creases from my military dress uniforms that has been there for over ten years then denied that they removed them and refused to fix problem. 4. Failing to correct previously identified problems after two visits although they promised to fix them. 5. Refusing to issue a refund for unfixed issues. 6. Poorly and inappropriately dressed employees. 7. Unacceptable customer service that included attitude, intimidation, disgusted and angry facial expressions. 8. Refusing to inform me who the manager was and unable to inform me when he would be available. 9. Promising to have the manager contact me and no surprise here he never called. I will not be returning to this location or any ZIPS dry cleaning any time soon.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! They ruined a brand new suit. They kept the suit for several weeks while the managers supposedly "negotiated" with the owner to offer compensation. They never returned my calls and each time I came back I was told they still didnt have an offer. Finally after a month I was told that the owner said they werent responsible for the damage. One of the managers felt bad and credited my account with $40. I had written them off but found myself in a pinch needing same day service. I figured Id take in the clothes, claim the credit and be done with them. When I came in they said the manager no longer worked there and they wouldnt honor the credit. The manager, Donald (he refused to provide his last name) was completely unhelpful and even refused to provide the owners name or give me her contact information. For all my military friends in the area...Ive been in 24 years, been stationed all over the world, and this is literally the worst, most untrustworthy cleaners Ive ever seen. I highly encourage you to take your business elsewhere! Ill be filing a formal complaint with the BBB.

Consistent and nice people. The only drawback is they are too concerned with damaging your clothes, fading the color. That means they will not do what they need to in order to get the stains out of your clothes. I pretreat my stains, they generally clean and press. I check for a bit of coffee or grease and take care of it. I wear alot of synthetics where staining is relatively easy to accomplish. If I could fix anything they would ask if they should try to "deep clean" the garment as clothes with stains on them are cannot be worn to work.

False advertising. ZIPS advertises themselves as a dry cleaner, but they actually launder clothing. They will NOT dry clean a mens shirt unless you specifically tell them you do not want it laundered and u want it dry cleaned. Most people do not realize this and simply hand off their clothes to zips assuming that will be dry cleaned but this is not what they do! They should be fined for false advertising

Lost one of my shirts, owner of store offered 1/2 the amount of the original value. I wonder how many other shirts they have lost without the owners of the shirts being aware and how much they get away with. Id rather pay normal dry cleaning prices just for the security of getting back all of my items then take it to this place again. GO TO YOUR LOCAL DRY CLEANERS AND AVOID THIS CHEAP PLACE.

I AM sooo sad...so down! I dnt know why people can give you a bad service... Its my 3rd experience with this kind of case ***Zips woodbridge**** My clothes are spoiled,not cleaned at all,not washed.!!!but ironed...my 3rd experience! Whoever who is managing the place. They "lost" my pants from a brand new two-piece custom-tailored suit and offered only $150, that too after a month of multiple attempts and being bounced from one person to the other. The corporate office never returned my messages either. You truly get what you pay for.

They lost a pair of my pants and failed to remove a stain that I pointed out to them. She never marked the stain just put my clothes in the bag with an attitude. I have not heard anything from Zips even offering to pay for my pants.
