I Brought my Ralph Lauren Blazer to get cleaned. When my daughter picked it up she didnt check and days later when I try to wear I realize they gave the wrong blazer. In exchange they gave a chip blazer one size smaller. They refuse to give the right blazer arguing it was my mistake for not checking at the time it was picked up. Even one star is too much for this place.

Numerous bad experiences from marked returns to constantly trying to get me to dry clean a shirt instead of laundry. I have to repeat the debate every time I go in. One lady in particular is very grumpy towards me. . Final straw was they do not recycle the coat hangers, need to find another cleaner!
