This place deserves 0, my first time going there with 20 pieces . Most of them came dirty and wrinkled like they never really did anything to really clean the laundry. I had sent a jacket worth of $600 and I think they put it in laundry rather than dry cleaning , it shrunk. The manager didnt do anything to resolve the issue and she is claiming that I brought this jacket shrunk already, although its a brand new suit jacket that I never took anywhere but zips. DONT GO THERE OR YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR LAUNDRY !!!

Extremely angry. Brought in a tie to be dry cleaned. A brand NEW tie. No stains. We decided to have it dry cleaned before our wedding. The tie was returned to me with a HUGE stain on it. Someone taped a "pre-spot" tag on it. THIS IS A BRAND NEW TIE. Thank you for ruining my fiancé custom made tie before our wedding.

I went here to get a seam in my dresses fixed and I had to go three times to pick up my dress that was "ready." The tailor didnt do it correctly multiple times! Very frustrating. I will never come back to this place

Much better since Zips took over. They do not crease pants correctly. You need to be sure to tell them down the middle or they will crease it flattened out. Otherwise, great price.

A waste of time and money ($50). No quality control. Shirts and pants with wrinkles made by them. Very disappointed!! Please dont go there.
