Service - Excellent - I have been using this location off and on for 5 plus years. They have great and generally reliable same day service. In by 11 and out by 5 PM is accurate 99% of the time. Customer Service - I had a few problems, but they were always handled properly once management was involved. (Don’t be afraid to ask them to call a manager if necessary). I had shirts that were not done by the promised time and they still wanted to charge me although they missed their same day guarantee because the shirts were finally clean a day later and usable (after two trips on my part and one by my wife), Let’s just chalk that up to a trainee issue. Otherwise the team has been friendly and courteous. Good Management. Price - Average - Not the least expensive place to go. They are cheaper than hotel pricing, but this is the one area I have a problem with. Many family owned cleaners will be much less expensive, but you will find less consistent service. But then again, I have a problem with all dry cleaners pricing. If they felt confident about their value to price, then they would place a sign showing their prices per service in the stores. You have to ask and they will tell you verbally. As of 4/26/2012 price for a man’s shirt is $2.75 on a hanger. Local discount cleaners charge $1.39 for the same service. So is it worth $1.36 extra per shirt not to have to drive a few miles? You will have to answer that question on your own. The majority of dry cleaning costs are due to labor expense and cleaning agents (organic friendly). All, cleaners in the same area have the same labor market. I believe Crest trains better and retains customer friendly staff more – so higher labor cost/ higher prices/ but better customer retention/ less marketing costs. Organic friendly soaps don’t necessary have to cost more per unit for large companies that buy in bulk. These are business decisions and I would expect to equally impact profit as well as total customer costs and not be just passed on in the pricing. Overall Rating - Good, but pricing pressures drop them out of the extra star rating.

- Asked several times to not hang like shirts very delicate, thin and expensive cashmere sweaters, but kept doing the same. - Completely destroyed the lining of an expensive designer dress. - Got the above mentioned dress and other clothes with dog or pet white hair... - Quality of shirt pressing decreased. Going to a professional meeting with a torn end of my sleeve because of pressing is not that great... - Not very impress with dry cleaning of very delicate materials on very expensive clothes...did bring some designer clothes wore 1 time, and came back with a so-so aspect (not obvious but noticeable) - got one time the dress of someone else. - Courteous personnel, but nothing done regarding my raised concerns. - Delivery is cool, great service for this.

Do NOT go here. I brought a brand new shirt here to be cleaned along with a few other things. The brand new shirt came back with 1) a bleach mark? 2) burn marks from an iron and 3) ink stains. The ink stains evidently came from the iron because where the iron marks are there is ink! That means that someone was ironing the shirt and SAW THE INK AND KEPT IRONING!!!!!!!!!!!! Im so mad. After seeing this I went to look at my husbands shirts to check if they are alright - they arent. No ink stains, but a few other mysterious stains. I called to talk to someone about the inks stains all over this shirt and got "oops. sorry." Easy drop-off and pick - sure. Beware what you pick up though.

I have been going to Crest Cleaners on Franklin Farm Road since 1988. The service and staff at this particular cleaners are EXCELLENT. Be it Moris, Norge, Iliana, RJ or anyone of their personnel, they all greet with you a smile and are always courteous and helpful. I always get my cleaning back on time and I rarely if ever have any problems with my clothes and how they have been cleaned or pressed. I would highly recommend Crest Cleaners on Franklin Farm Road and have to all my neighbors in both Franklin Farm and Franklin Glen and anyone within earshot that will listen! This cleaner is TOP NOTCH!

We have been using Crest Cleaners on Franklin Farm Rd in Herndon for about one year. They may not be the least expensive, but they are reasonably priced for the incredible level of customer service. They consistently provide reliable pickup and delivery of our clothes. There is no extra charge for this option. When its raining, the delivery man has even knocked on our door so our clothes dont get soaked. Crest Cleaners has done a fine job with the clothes themselves. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent service.

I brought in a flower girl dress worn long ago. It had been cleaned after the event by another cleaner, but in the years in between some rather large stains had (re-?)appeared (we werent the first owners of the dress). Crest was able to get just about every spot out despite us just having a very vague idea as to what the stains were (food from the wedding, chocolate, possibly soda; hand oils). All that seems to be left is one pinpoint dark spot, so the dress looks great - ready for the next little girl to wear.

The team at my crest cleaners in Franklin Farm Village does a phenomenal job with my dry cleaning. Everyone knows me by name and most times, they start collecting my items from the back to bring up front before I can even reach the door! Talk about fast service! And I love receiving my coupons from them in the mail! :-) Ive gone to other cleaners in the area over the years but Id say Crest Cleaners in Franklin Farm Village is the best quality cleaners in the area by far!

I have to admit initially on what I remember to be the 2nd or 3rd visit they lost an expensive pair of pants, BUT after about a week or so FOUND THEM! We gave them a second chance and have not regretted it. They give EXCELLENT SAME DAY SERVICE often completing the items BEFORE 5 so the other review I have to think is an exception and not a rule. I love their drop box and recycling program. It is worth the extra money.

Crest is so convenient for me. I walk in with my laundry, hand it to them, and leave. I dont have to explain anything, just drop it off and walk out. Later that day Ill pick it up-- no waiting around. They have my credit card on file so I dont even need to be rang up. They are extremely efficient and I highly recommend these guys if you dont have time to waste.

Very convenient and reliable! I travel quite a bit and cant always make it to the dry cleaners. Having the delivery service is a must. My clothes always arrive on time. The last pickup, I forgot to point out a stain on the sleeve of a blouse. Didnt matter, they noticed and treated it. Looks like new again. Highly recommend Crest.

Overall, I have been very happy with Crest Cleaners home delivery service. Both the management and staff have been very professional over the many years I have dealt with them. I am very persnickety in the care of my clothes, and the staff at Crest Cleaners have always come through on the cleaning of my garments.
