This is a letter I sent to the Corporate webpage about this location. I am a first time user of your service, I went in to have my shirts dry cleaned and pressed. First of there were a bunch of workers just standing around talking not helping anyone. When I finally got service from one of the two that were actually working, she explained the services to me and gave me a zips card and I paid up front. The day it came for me to pick up the shirts once again there were 5-6 workers standing in the front talking about things they have found on their phones and about how these "bitches” keep blowing up my phone" and only one worker was actually providing service. When it became my turn to get my things, a very unprofessional employee helped me. She was wearing the Zips shirt but also a pair of sweat pants that were about to fall off of her. She started the machine to have my shirts come around on the carousel. But then walked away and started talking to another employee, I saw my shirt go around and looked at her and then while I was waiting for her to pay attention I saw them go around again. When she finally got back to the task at hand she gave me my shirts and I was on my way. Upon getting home, I unwrapped the shirts and was putting them away when I noticed that the ring around the collar was still there. So I took each shirt off the hanger and examined them closer to find out that NO a single shirt was dry cleaned or even washed for that matter, just run through the press. I even asked for light starch and there was none on the shirts what so ever. For this being the first time I have used your business and this is the service I get, this will be the last time I use it as well, or tell any of my professional coworkers and friends to use it.

Worst Dry Cleaners In The Business. If you are looking for the worst dry cleaners in the business, - You Found It! People are fooled by the cheap prices, but after a few months you discover just how many items that are damaged or come up missing. In the end this is costing you hundreds of dollars in replacements and your time wasted. Your best bet is to do business elsewhere. Over the course of 2 years, The amount of clothes lost or damaged by ZIPS is measured in thousands of dollars. Every month at least 2 shirts go missing, move come home with stains, or broken buttons, followed by missing or damaged dress slacks. I been taking my clothes to dry cleaners for 20+ years and ZIPs is by far the worst. This has to be the WORST dry cleaner chain in the business. I highly recommend you discover a different cleaner in your area for your clothes, and save yourself time, money and frustration in the long run. Cheap is Cheap, and ZIPs is the bottom feeder in the dry cleaner business. A Few Examples: Brand New Shirt comes back with a floral print pattern on the sleeve. New Slacks zipper busted by rough handling. Numerous attachment pins for one identity tag, sometime a dozen plastic ties punched through the clothing holding one ID Tag. Creases incorrectly pressed Creases not pressed Buttons broken in the cleaning process. Shirts come back with stains Missing Items, every month Normally New Shirts or Slacks. Clothing comes back smelling worst than it went in.

I was originally pleased with this cleaner and the work they did. Then my first shirt had a defect... a hole in the sleeve and they couldnt clean it. Well, I have been wearing dress clothes for over 10 years and never had a hole in the sleeve near the wrist button. When I complained, explaining I know when I rip my clothes, the manager said they had to look at the "tape". An hour later, yes I waited the hour. They said the tape showed the clerk noting the hole. I asked to see the tape and they said it would take 3 hours to rewind it and had to wait for the manager to allow me to look at. Who has 3 hours? I should have known something was up, but I chalked it up as maybe I didnt notice it and left it at that. In the next 6 months, they are convenient, another two shirts were "defected" and I wish I had kept the first shirt and I could upload a photo because the other two shirts have the exact, and I mean exact, same hole in the exact same place, on the exact same sleeve. It looks like a rip made by a mechanical machine..... at a dry cleaner. I never had a problem with the pants. So I finally learned my lesson and will never use this dry cleaner again. I can not afford to go through 3 dress shirts a year!!!!!

First time user of the service. One word: STARCH. I heard a radio ad, and said Id give them a try. I wish I would have read the reviews first. In this world, you get what you pay for. If you are a business professional, and do the routine 3 suits, 3 shirts routine, just take it to quality cleaners. The result of my experimenting with my suits is starch. we are talking so much I had to wash my hands after handling my clothing. I echo the creases in places you dont want creases plus double creases.

DONT TAKE MEN SUITS HERE!! They do not know how to properly press a suit jacket. They made the lapels really short for a two button suit. The pressed all 5 of my suit jackets as if the had three or four buttons on it. They agreed to do it over and on the next occasion they creased the lapels like a shirt sleeve. They even said a manager was going to review it before it was bagged and ready for p/u. Not only are they lousy at pressing the lapels, but the coat itself always have wrinkles.

Extreemely poor service! They mistakenly gave me someone elses shirt. After I returned the other guys shirt I asked where my shirt was. I was told that they could not find it. The owner then asked what size I wore. The OWNER then went to the back and came out with a shirt that was clearly someone elses. He tried to give me the shirt and say we were even. Zips is the cheepest dry cleaner around, but you get what you pay for..... Cheap!

Never go to this place. The lost a pair of my slacks, couldnt identify a comforter. They recently damaged an article of clothing and offered 30 times the bill (30 * 2.00) = 60.00. Even though the article of clothing was well over $100.00 A trained group of monkeys could do a better job then them. I will never give them my business again.
