After 4 years of using their service, my wife and I won’t be coming back. They were always expensive but we liked the convenience and wanted to support a local business in our community. Over the last year we noticed a decline in service such as worrying about whether we brought in our shirts on hangers or whether we unbuttoned the shirt collars/sleeves because they didn’t want to do it. As they’re twice the price as most competitors, we would expect a higher level service and doing what is convenient for the customer. Most recently they ripped two of my dress shirts. Before this, I’ve probably only had two shirts ripped in 20 years by cleaners. Last week I took my shirts to another place for better service at half the price. I just don’t think as a business they’ll be successful at being high priced and providing poor service. At least I’m not going to give my money to support that combination.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I dropped off 70+ dollars worth of clothes to be cleaned. When I went to pick up my shirts the associate at the counter stated they didnt dry clean one of my shirts, because there was a tear in it. The "tear" looked almost as if it had been cut by scissors, it was crisp and looked like it had been caught by a machine. They immediately denied they did it. They stated it arrived this way. I asked to speak with a manger and was greeted with the same negative tone. I picked this place due to convenience, and its higher rating; however, after dealing with my shirt that they refuse to replace and their terrible customer service I will be moving on to a better spot. They went even as far as to say they never touched the shirt even denying taking the shirt from me from the other side of the counter?? Wouldnt recommend

Awful. Pricing is not transparent at all. They wanted to charge $25 for 2 uncomplicated, unstained, relatively inexpensive items. When I asked to negotiate the bill, they refused, so I walked out. Over the next couple weeks, they left multiple voicemails asking me to pick up the items, but then when I would call back they would still not negotiate. I think they just dont believe women should be able to do this, even though its just a basic part of doing business. Finally after 40-some odd days of them holding my clothes hostage, I was able to talk them down to a slightly more reasonable charge. Hold the line, people. There is nothing good about interacting with this company. A woman asking to negotiate is not "attitude". #ripoff #scam

What a pleasure it has been to be a customer of Crest Cleaners in South Lakes Shopping Center. All my experiences with staff have been great, but Antonio is an exceptional employee. He is extremely competent, professional, friendly, and is always anticipating the needs of his customers. He constantly takes the initiative to offer ways to make things more convenient for me, and always does it with a smile. I drive(happily) all the way from Reston Town Center because of the A+ customer service. Thank you Antonio and Crest Cleaners!

This might be one of the more expensive dry cleaners but they do a great job and use all kinds of technology(texting when items are ready, using just your last 4 digits of your phone number to identify your account, & barcode stickers to mark clothing for easier processing and tracking) to make everything easier for the customer. The staff are really nice and have always tried to accommodate any request Ive made. I was told that the pickup and drop off service is free so I may give that a shot in the future.

Great customer service before during and after. Called me to verify cleaning for an item with no tags. Excellent job with cleaning and removing stains. Only downfall I would say is that the price for a mens 2 piece suit comes out to $7.95 less than a womens dress suit because a dress suit is charged separately as a dress (same price as a mens 2 piece suit) and a sports jacket (additional charge). I feel like mens suit and womens suit should be charged the same price.

Overall, it was a good experience. I would like to know the price of the service when I drop off my items. Also, it needs to be more clear on home delivery timelines. I was expecting it to be delivered next day and thankfully I asked and was notified it wouldnt be delivered until Thursday. Glad I asked due to me needing the garments for work on Tuesday. I will be back, these are merely suggestions on how to improve the service for others

We have been using Crest for home delivery dry cleaning for about three years. Their service is excellent! Weve never had a problem with any item weve sent for pressing or dry cleaning. If there is ever any question at all, we get a friendly phone call from our wonderful Crest rep Nate. We have also used them for cleaning area rugs and they did a great job. I would highly recommend trying their home delivery service.

They were friendly, quick and polite. I had a shirt I needed for an event that evening. I was able to drop it off on my way to work and pick it up after work. The whole process was painless. I love going to this cleaner. The only downside is the parking but if you know about the little parking lot behind the grocery store it makes it painless. I look forward to when I can use their services again.

Crest is best. If you can get there in the AM youre stuff is done when youre ready to leave work that day. There was one time that I totally procrastinated and waited until the last possible day to put my clothes in before a trip and they got my stuff done early, mostly because they are the best! I would never go to another dry cleaner again ever.

I have been waiting for this experience forever it seems! For years, I have been lugging my clothes to dry cleaners and along comes Crest. They picked up the clothes, dropped them off, and they were cleaned perfectly. I have struggled with other cleaners ability to get my shirts properly cleaned and pressed, and Crest got it right on the first try!

These workers are great. And they are "workers"; when youre the store they are in movement. Never a problem with the cleaning. And better yet, very nice, competent, and customer focused people. Everyone there presents an attitude that they enjoy their job and their customers. Very impressive leadership. Very enjoyable experience.

I drove 25 min out of my way to find this green dry cleaners. Glad that I did! Attentive staff and there wasnt this air of frenzy that is usually present at the dry cleaners. I will be back! This is probably not PC to say but I was uplifted to see such a diverse crew behind the counter at the Reston location.
