Ive been storing here for about 5 years. Ive NEVER seen evidence of rats in the units Ive rented (Ive had 3 different units in 2 different buildings). The only evidence Ive seen of a potential problem with vermin are the professionally installed poison bait traps down every isle of the facility (a common practice with most storage facilities Ive used). The only problem I had the first year was a mildew odor. This was easily solved by a trip to the Ace Hardware for "Damp Rid." The staff are pleasant and helpful, the place is very clean and well kept, access with the security gate is easy, while I feel my belongings are safe. I have recommended this facility to my friends and will continue to do so.

Be very cautious when renting here. I notified them I wanted to terminate my lease and they voided my gate code and rerented my boat storage space to someone else even though I had paid for the entire month already. When I asked to use my space for the remainder of the month the management staff was very rude and simply said " sorry, to bad" instead of trying to fix the issue.

I store my boat at this facilty and have been here for two years now. They have a great rv section and great gate access. About four months ago i rented a storage unit. They are having a great move in special where you get one month free. Very clean grounds and up keep. They have great customer service. Debbie will always have a smile to share with everyone.
