I am a first time storage unit owner. I did a little research online and found that Redmond Mini had competitive pricing and am told by others that my unit is cheaper than theirs, which is great! I also found a coupon online to get the first three months half price, which was awesome. I have had my unit for about eight months and have had no problems with my unit or the staff. Victor, the manager, is friendly and very helpful. When I first came to them, he was willing to let me look at any unit I wanted and gave advice to what all would fit in what unit.

I used this location to rent a Penske truck for a local move. The staff was courteous, truck was in excellent condition and ready to go. Made the reservation directly through Penskes website. They even pointed out the cheapest/closest gas station to fill up the tank when I was ready to return it. Overall, a pleasant experience. Id recommend them over U-Haul any day, particularly given that Penske will guarantee that your exact truck will be available, while U-Hauls customers often end up with larger trucks or none at all.

I have had a unit here for more than three years and I too agree that it is relatively cheap, secure and the staff is very friendly here. I had a situation where I was moving my items overseas from the unit. The semi got stuck in the gravel near the storage and it took couple of hours to pull it out. It couldnt have happened without the help of one of the staff members, Victor, who helped timely to pull it out. I Would recommend this storage to anyone!

I would never NEVER deal with or refer anyone I know to this place. When I first went there it was great the Lady that work there was very nice and sweet. But anytime I had to deal with billing or issues the guys that work there are bullys and dont understand how to count. There are way to many storage places to go to where you dont have to put up with verbal abuse!!!

We have had a locker at Redmond Mini Storage for years and while there had been some turn over of personnel, they have always been courteous and helpful. We have a unit in the D building and have never had a leak or moisture problem. Just as importantly, the price is competitive and security seems to be pretty solid. This is what you look for in a locker.

This was the first time I ever used storage. Ken Bathurst , Manager at Redmond mini storage gave me a tour of the property, explained in detail and I am so happy with his service. Place is safe, clean and with a helpful manager, strogly recommand to use the facility,
