So got more stuff than room? Moving? There is no better place to put your stuff while trying to right size your life. Geographically convenient (I was 5 minutes away) and I had stuff there for nearly two years. Doug, the manager, is simply the easiest, most thoughtful, helpful person you will work with across many businesses. He comes up with suggestions to help you out and always goes the extra distance. The facility is clean and well kept and the other tenants are civilized nice people. The whole place has good juju.

I moved from Illinois to San Jose back to June 2010. Before then, I could only spoke to the owner, Doug, for pricing and reservation matter. Doug really helped me a lot by reserving 3 units in 2 months ahead to store my entire house goods. Unlike other storage company who can only reserve places for me only 1 week ahead, Doug really solved my problem by moving from out state. The price is very reasonable, and I definitely recommend Dougs self storage to any other whom either plan for local move or inter-state move.

I read the reviews below before calling, and they couldnt have been more accurate. Doug is amazing. Honest, professional, and will provide you with any information you need. You might pay a little more per month, but theyre not going to fool you with any "song and dance" and the rates will not shoot up on a month to month basis. Doug didnt have the size I needed; however, he didnt hesitate to give me a referral of another unit he trusts. CLASSY

Weve rented from Grape Avenue for several years and have received nothing less than amazing service. The units are clean and well-kept with ample access before and after work. The owners make it a point to know customers by name and are more than willing to send a friendly reminder when payments are coming due. Payment is also easy to automate, give over the phone, or drop in the mailbox. I highly recommend Grape Avenue Storage!

It is rare today to find GREAT customer service. The manager at this location is amazing with his follow up and willingness to make things work for his customers. I recommend this facility highly! We used Grape Ave Storage over three summers to store my sons items while he was out of college for the summers. Every year Doug, the manager exceeded our expectations with service. Ive been meaning to write a review for a while, but I keep forgetting because I never need to think about my storage unit. The manager, Doug, is awesome and the building is very well maintained and super clean, with great security. There are multiple cameras, coded doors and gates, an alarm on each unit, and security doors that automatically close and lock after hours. Its a great facility.

This is a great storage facility. I have been all over and this place is clean, open 24 hours, secure, easy access in a central location and safe. Prices are competitive. Doug, the manager, is very professional, courteous, and was very accommodating to my needs, including offering to help me move from one storage unit to a smaller unit. Cant get better than that!

I called to find out availability on a unit. Grape Ave was sold out on the size unit I was looking for, but they were incredibly friendly and informative. They even referred me to a facility that would be cheaper and would have the size I am looking for. Grape Ave will be the first place I try if I need to rent a space again.
