On 03/15/2017 my plumber referred me to Action Jackson Plumbing. On my rental house, located in Woodinville, he found a mainline sewer clog, which he could not fix due to lack of tools. I followed up his recommendation, and Action Jackson truck arrived on scene next day. Those folks looked into the toiled and septic tank, said that septic tank is full, so they cannot scope the mainline with the camera and left. In result, I got the bill for $185.22 for just that. They charged my credit card for this amount immediately. My septic tank was inspected by Evergreen On Site in January, and septic was not due for pumping for another year. Hence the problem was not solved, and my tenants could not live without properly working sewer, I had to arrange myself to travel to Woodinville myself (870 miles one way). As I arrived, I found that heavy rain caused septic tank to fill up to raiser above mainline pipe spout. Later, the water level went back to normal, but the "toilet paper plug" accumulated in raiser before, clogged the tee on mainline spout. It took me 10 minutes to wash the clog clean with good amount of water from garden hose and restore sewer back to normal operation. No other tools were necessary. As of today (3/30/2017) the sewer works as it should. I believe that Action Jackson folks did not perform the service they been called for, so I should not be charged for their service. UPD: those guys are not responding to BBB complaints as well, so beware!

If youre looking for a plumber to fix your sump pump, do not use Action Jackson. We first contacted Action Jackson in December 2015 because our sump pump alarm was going off. It was $2,000 to install their recommended $300 1/2 horsepower pump. Two months later, the new pump stopped working because the one they installed wasnt powerful enough for our system. They told us the only solution was to dig out the basin and replace it with a larger basin at $10,000+. Action Jackson told us to go through their sister company Sewer Friendly because there wasnt anything else they could do. Additionally, Action Jackson showed up in our backyard multiple times unannounced and uninvited. They also took the sewage in our basin and dumped it in the alley behind our house. This is illegal dumping of raw sewage and is completely disgusting. Lastly, they didnt put the pump lid back on correctly after finishing the job which goes against house codes. We felt very uncomfortable moving forward so we started doing more research. We had 4 different plumbers assess our situation, each one telling us that the 1/2 horsepower pump Action Jackson installed would never be powerful enough for our homes sewer system. We contacted Action Jackson multiple times to get our money back, but the owner would never call us back. We ended up contacting our bank to get a full refund.

The worst of the worst. We had a plugged up toilet drain line and they tried to get us to pay them over $20k saying they had scoped the pipes and saw that they were collapsing in several places and that extensive re-piping was needed, and then pressuring us to make a decisions saying it would be even more if we waited since they had already opened up the floor and started the work. Thankfully I made some calls and got a hold of a friend that told me not to do it and to get a second opinion. Another plumbing service provider was able to fix the entire problem for $2200, and 50% of that cost was repairing the holes they had cut into the sub floor. Even after I proved to them that I had gotten the whole job done for about 1/10th what they were trying to charge they still tried to force me to pay them over $5K for having done next to nothing, except making some holes in my sub floor. Highly suggest that you RUN - dont walk from these crooks.

I had had several weeks of drain symptoms from roots in my pipe, and it all backed up last night finally, and I had a minor flood. I had 2 recommendations for these guys from neighbors, and decided to give them a call. So glad I did! They arrived 40 minutes after I put the call in, and had sorted my sewer line out after just a few hours, tops. They were thorough, didnt "mansplain" it all to me or patronize me at all, they were very nice and professional and fast, and charged a decent rate. They wrote up a thorough explanation of it all for my HOA for billing, as it was a thing that is a concern for my entire building, not just my own apartment. I would totally recommend.

I had a slow drain in my kitchen sink that I would have to snake every few months. The last time I was snaking it, the pipe broke off! I decided it was time for some professional help, and gave Action Jackson a call. They took my address and told me they could be here in 10 minutes! Jason and his buddy showed up in their big yellow truck, and after about an hour or so the drain was unclogged, pipe fixed, and my washing machine was draining better than it ever has (it used to back up into the sink...ewww!). All at an affordable price too! Hooray for Action Jackson!

We had Jay come out and do a sewer scope a property that my husband and I were in mutual contract. We needed someone to come out that day before our response deadline passed. They were able to come out SAME DAY and out of their usual territory. Jay was quick friendly and easy to talk with. Unfortunately, my husband and I decided to walk away from the house, but I know who I will be calling on if in the future we would like to have another scope done! Called to see if we could get some work done and they could not get to us as quickly as we needed, instead of leave me hanging the gentleman I spoke with referred me to other who could help me out. That is not common for any business or industry and shows excellent customer service when you are willing to give your business to a competitor to keep a customer happy. We will now use Action Jackson as one of our preferred vendors.

Quick response, did what they said theyd do. Much less expensive then other firms (for Hydro-Clean & TV equipment) and they are local. I will use them again and recommend them.
