Our hot water heater went out so we started calling around to get quotes for a new hot water heater. Several companies were booked out until next week, some didnt answer their phone and some didnt even have a professional recording on their voicemail. I still havent heard back from about a third of the people I left messages for. Three companies wanted to charge for coming out for a quote which would then be credited towards my bill but I was very uninterested in doing that. When I called Stan the Hot Water Man a very nice person answered immediately and said she would have their technician call us, which he did. He was able to fit us in after a nearby service call and had us up and running that afternoon for a fraction of the cost of a new hot water heater. Plus, Darrin was able to explain to us why we kept having this problem and how to prevent it in the future, which was very helpful. We will definitely use them again!

My landlord dispatched me to this company to have them figure out why I could only get lukewarm water. The after hours person to call back (Mark), was beyond rude. The call lasted less than 3 minutes, in which time I tried to explain relevant details. I was cut off 4 times when explaining questions he was asking, and then told he didnt have a lot of time to get into the details (he called me?!). Needless to say we went with another company.

Woke up at 2 am to she smell of burning electrical wires, our old water heater was done! The technician Darin was extremely polite and efficient. He Called to let me know he was on his way, and reassured me that he could have us back up and running. About an hour later he called again to let me know he had a new water installed and we were good to go. Thanks Darin!
