We had an earlier job replacing valves throughout the house done and Patrick, who was the lead on the bind and installation was very professional and also very informative about what options we should consider. He did recommend upgrades beyond what we were asking, but he wasnt pushy about it. It was just mentioned as information that we might want to consider. When the installation was performed it was done quickly and without incident. They were very careful to not track dirt and such in the house and other than the replaced valves, you couldnt tell they were here afterwards. We now have an old garbage disposal that died. Once again, we were fortunate enough to have Patrick come out and give us the bid. This time I decided to take advantage of the bulk discounts and have a couple of faucets replaced as well. I look forward to a successful installation going forward. A few days later... The two sinks received new faucets and the disposal was installed. Patrick even gave me the best lesson on how to take care of the disposal that I have ever received. This is a top notch and conscientious company.

I called looking for help with a very clogged tub - the water wasnt draining at all - and it had been several days. The fact that they did not charge to come out and look/give me an estimate offered me a sigh of relief. Others whom I had called charged a substantial fee just to show up - and while I understand why they do that, it was just too unnerving - because I already knew it was going to cost a lot - plumbing is just expensive - no matter how you look at it; I didnt want to commit to anything before I saw the bottom line. Anyway, Patrick was in the neighborhood and was able to show up the same day. He was polite, considerate, and to the point. Gave me my options and did the work. I especially appreciate that (as he says) his company wants to help educate their clients - which benefits the client AND the relationship with CCP&D. He gave me simple suggestions for maintenance, which I really appreciate. And I will NEVER AGAIN use Drano.

I highly recommend Clark County Plumbing. I came home late afternoon to a river of water leaking from my water heater. The plastic water shut off lever was stuck and could not be closed all the way without the risk of breaking off. I literally watched water streaming all over my garage floor until Patrick and Shane arrived within a half hour of me calling. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Within an hour and a half, I had a new water heater installed and they took the old one. What particularly impressed me was that it was after 5:00 PM and both Patrick and Shane had other time commitments yet they insisted on drying the water from my garage floor and offered to hose down my driveway and clean the mess in the street from what came out of my old water heater. I offered to clean it up myself, and they wouldnt let me. The prices are fair and reasonable and the service is excellent. Great Work County County Plumbing.

My wife and I are seniors and noticed a couple of wet spots that were soaking through our carpet. Pulled back the edges and realized that we obviously had a water leak from below. Had this company come out to evaluate and give us an estimate. The guy they sent out crawled under the crawl space (we had to loan him a flashlight since he didnt have one) and gave us the horrible news that everything under the house need to be replaced and that it would be between $8,000 and $9,000. We were smart enough to have another company come out, who located the leak and repaired within 2 hours for a total charge of $255.00. I am not sure if Clark County Plumbing sent an inept estimator, or if it is their common practice trying to take advantage of people our age who they know are not going to crawl under the house to check. I hate to even give them 1 star. They dont deserve it

We had a major issue with the defective Wirsbo pipe (circa 2000) in our house springing leaks every few months, the only solution was to repipe the whole house. Patrick from CCP came out to bid the job, and spent time walking us through the details and offered 3 bids/approaches to choose from. I then had two other companies also come out to bid the job. Not only was CCP the best bid (by far) but they could get the work done in less time. Patrick and crew worked hard to get us back online in one day, only returning the second day to finish up a few final items. They backup the work with a great warranty and were very responsive to return calls and follow up. They were always courteous and worked well as a team. If youre in need of a repipe, you should include CCP in your bids. I will definitely use them again (hopefully not for a long time!)

Shane and Mike have been to my house twice now. The first time we had a slow drain for the laundry and kitchen that was backing up into a basement floor drain. They took care of it quickly and also sorted out a bathroom sink that was slow. They were quick to come out and the cost was very reasonable. The second time we had a shower drain that had stopped completely. Shane came out to fix it and couldnt get the clean out open. Not surprising since the plumbing is over 70 years old. He removed a large section of drain pipe that was too small to begin with and replaced it with the correct size all the way to the main drain pipe. They did and excellent job and I would happily use them again, as well as refer them to my neighbors and friends.

***BEWARE*** I called to get an estimate for the cost of having my toilet "snaked" and was told they would only give me an in home estimate. If they told me it would cost $100.00 I would have had them come do it. Instead, I rented a toilet auger, used it for 2 minutes, and the problem was solved. It took me about 30 minutes to go get the auger, snake my toilet, and return the tool. Total cost was under $30.00 and I suspect it would have been at least three times that amount if I had the plumber do it. Like many plumbers, they prey upon peoples desperation in the hope that youll pay for their services immediately.

Awesome experience with Chris and his team. We had an estimate for a faucet replacement in the shower, but once he got into the wall, realized that it could be fixed just by tightening some screws, saving us quite a bit of money. Turning the water back on to the house, an old valve outside broke. We had to turn off the well, leaving 4 houses without water. Even though it was almost 5 pm, they worked several hours longer until the valve was replaced and water had been turned back on for everyone. Very reasonable prices and would highly recommend CCP!

The recommendation to use CCP came by word of mouth and we couldnt be happier. Good response time and Andrew did a great job. We had a drain pipe that was leaking inside a wall in a tight spot. Andrew was able to gain access and figure out the pipe needed only a minor repair versus a more costly replacement. Andrew was very knowledgeable and personable and made quick work of the repair (Chris helped out, too). If we have more plumbing issues we will definitely call them again.
