after trying to fix our clogged drain from our washer most of the day we broke down and called Roto-Rooter about 4.00 on a Friday evening. The woman who answered the phone was patient with me and said we could have a service technician to our house by 7:00 that evening. About 5:30 they called us back and asked if they could come sooner. The technician arrived about 6:00 and went to work fixing our clogged drain. He was kind and patient and explained what had probably happened. He also said that we could not have fixed it with the household tools we had. This made us feel better that we we really did need help to fix our problem. He cleaned up his work and wished us luck and told us that his work was guaranteed for 6 months. It was a big relief that our washing machine was working once again! Debbie

I felt like I had been taken advantage of from the very start. I was quoted a price that I felt was high (and have confirmed that it was) Then after I told him to do the task, because I have 2 disabled kids in my house and no time call in anyone else, then he tells me that he needs to call in a second person to do the task. Oh yes that will be an additional $200. He spent more time waiting for this required second person than they spent on the task. Yah the only reason he would need a second person is that he didnt know how to operate the equipment. They told me they would flush one of the affected drains, but the first time we used that drain it was obvious they hadnt. So I had to take care of it as well. I thought by calling in a name brand company that I could trust their service.

I was having an issues with water backing up into my downstairs shower after running water. I called Roto Rooter and they were able to send a Tech out within about an hour. When I called the operator was very kind and helpful. The Tech, Kenny arrived on time and quickly got to work. Kenny was professional and explained what he was doing and what the problem was. Kenny also informed my husband and I that Roto Rooter was having a promotion offering a free camera inspection. Kenny got us scheduled for the camera inspection for the next day. Kenny was wonderful and he gave us his card with his cellphone number. Before Kenny left he made sure everything was working properly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again for any pluming needs!

Our service technician, Mike came over the house to fix the issue our bathroom sink and now it is working properly. Mike and company was extremely professional and knowledgeable that they got the job completed in a fast and efficient manner. While Mike was working on the sink, he gave me some helpful tips on how to keep our sinks from clogging again and the type of product that we should be using. My husband and I are ecstatic about having the bathroom sink working perfectly and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Roto-Rooter is by far the most dishonest service I have ever dealt with. I asked for a dishwasher install, and they agreed to come out between 8 and noon. Its 4pm and they just called in to say they are coming. And then the good news, They wanted to charge $860 to install a dishwasher! Which is close to 5x more than anyone else! They dont disclose prices b/c they look forward to extort it out of you Stay away as far as you can - and if you call them make sure you have an attorney at hand

I scheduled for a technician to come out and give us an estimate and they failed to show up twice! First time was on a Wednesday . We waited all afternoon then we got a call saying that we are still on their list for this day, but the day ended and no one or no calls came through. I called agaib on Friday and they knew my address still and was apologetic. The dispatch said he would give me a call after couple hours and again the day ended without them giving any notice.

After noticing that one of our rooms had wet carpet, we immediately called Roto Rooters to help us, and they were able to identify a small pinhole leak in one of the pipes in the wall. They were very professional and helpful, making it especially easy since they were able to work directly with our insurance company. The only reason why Im not giving 5 stars is because they did not arrive at the time they said they would. We waited several hours before they came.

He performed the service quickly and impressed my wife by leaving no mess behind. A very satisfactory experience. Theres nothing like having a wonderful family dinner at home on Sunday accompanied by residue from the kitchen disposal bubbling up in the adjacent shower stall. Local plumbers were willing to help from 24 hours to 30 days. Roto-rooter was very courteous, came out within an hour and had our drains cleaned an hour after that. Our water heater broke at 3 am and they were here at 9 to replace it. It was made more difficult because the water heater wasnt draining and they had to remove a 50 gallon water heater that was 2/3rd full. They fixed our upstairs sink as well. They are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be calling them again for their plumbing services.

The gentleman that came to my place to repair my bathtub was very respectful and did everything perfectly and in a timely manner. He even made sure that the bathtub was clean after he finished which I didnt expect at all. I will definitely use them again and recommend the company if anyone ever needs a plumber.

I have used this provider twice for clogged drains. They have been prompt, courteous and careful. I will use them again, if the need arises (hopefully not arises). When the sink stops draining and the clog is 30 ft. down the pipe, well beyond anything I can handle, a good Roto Rooter is a godsend.
