We made two appointments with FloHawks having never used a septic service in the past. We were told a fair price and that they would be out between 12-5pm. My wife took a day off of work to be home. The first time they no showed, no called. They claimed I made the appointment the following Monday. So we tried again. Monday again, they said between 12-5pm. I also requested they give us a call an hour before hand since my wife again took a day off of work to be home. They called about 2pm and said that they were running late and would not be out until 5:30. At 6:30pm the same day, having not heard back from them again, I called and spoke to someone. I said that we would be taking our business elsewhere. He did not seem to care at all and said "okay". How disappointing can a company be? I wonder if the owner knows how bad the service is and how much money he is costing customers that take time out of the day to do business with them? Does good service exist any longer? We are beyond frustrated and will be looking elsewhere for a reliable septic service as well as telling our neighbors about this poor experience. We live near sky Island in Bonney Lake and the community is very involved on Facebook. Everyone will know about how poorly the company handled this transaction and I can only hope that FloHawks realizes that when you have a good experience, you tell a few people. When it is bad, you tell everyone. Word of mouth is your best and your worst form of advertising. Shame on you.

We were selling our home with a septic system, and the county we live in (Pierce, WA) requires an RSS be filed with them prior to the home closing. We were told it takes the county 10 days to approve. The county completed it within 10 days, but FloHawks kept telling us for 12 days AFTER THAT that it wasnt complete, causing our home sale to go into chaos because of their inability to simply open our file in their computer and see whether the completed document arrived or not. I called 3 times to check during those 12 days, and was told all 3 times that it hadnt been approved by the county yet. So, the day before closing, I called again, and the office worker told me it had been completed 12 days ago. She then went into hostile/defensive mode when I questioned her about the situation, and how Ive been misled for 12 critical days. She got rude when I asked her to please email me a copy. She said she cant get a copy to me for a couple days. Why? Because she cant find a scanner. Yeah, cant find a scanner. A multi-million dollar company that deals with faxing and scanning all day - cant find a scanner, and was rude about it, telling me shed work on it, but no guarantees. I asked for her supervisor, and she said shes in a meeting all day. Basically, was telling me she doesnt care. This is the first - and last time - I will EVER use FloHawks. The pumpers did a good job though, so thank you to the field worker.

Septic system was backing up into our rental home and I contacted FloHawks for service. I was quoted about $400-$450 to pump the system and was required to provide a credit card number in advance. Technician arrived quickly (in a pickup, not a pump truck), FloHawks is located 1.4 miles from the home. He accessed the lid of the septic, hit some tree roots that had grown into the line with a shovel knocking them into the septic, and verified the plumbing was working from inside the home. I was not contacted nor was I (or my renter) provided any paperwork regarding the repair. After my credit card was charged I contacted FloHawks and was provided Service Ticket. The Technician was on site for 36 MINUTES and I was charged $454.56 (septic was not pumped). I know that plumbing services are expensive but I feel that this is extremely excessive and taken advantage of. I discussed this with the Accounting Department and was told that they charge for service based on a flat rate. I asked that a Supervisor contact me and never received a telephone call. I recommend you use another plumbing company.

They canked my scheduled appointment, on a Sunday, leaving us not "high and dry" rather flooded. They likely canceled my regular rate appointment on a Sunday so they could charge premium rates to another client. But then I had to call another company and pay the premium. Suffered malfunction after FloHawks "fixed" the problem 2 months before. Also Jen1 and Jen2 have serious B attitude problems, dont know which one, but when we called them out about their cancellation and attitude they projected that back on to us the victims. "Rude" doesnt touch the level of abuse theyre so polished at delivering.

Poor customer service. Was charged $1200.00 for service when nothing wrong with our tank. Was told a problem with landfild when issue was because of rain. Septic tanks uncovered but no repairs made. Save your money and dont use this company.

We called to have the pump repaired and from time of placing my call until work was completed was only three hours! The Technician was knowledgeable and polite. Thanks Frank!
