Right there to sell you a story about how we needed a new main sewer line after clearing tje line. We did not know we were really speaking to a sales rep...on commission who lead us to assume he was an experienced plumber. Wanted us to hurry up and commit verbally to an "exploritory survey dig estamate" $$$$ on the property. Mistake. Estimate was so vaguely written I asked for a more specific one and the guy said I was "making it more confusing than it needed to be". And he really didnt want to give out any email address so you can communicate with their people in any written form. Doesnt seem ethical. Company also own Silverado Plumbing. Disappointing experience so far...in so many ways.

Ive had three jobs done by Jason, Michael Smith, Adam, Kenny and Robert. They replaced the water main coming into the house, replaced the water heater, and replaced the sewer pipe running from the house to the street. They gave me an estimate and stuck to it. They showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done. They were courteous and friendly, and even helped me with financing. They were happy to show me the materials they were using and tell me about the work they were doing. I could see that I was getting a quality replacement pipe and water heater, and at a decent price. Youre not going to go wrong with these guys.
