At first everything was wonderful. Love Alex he is a great guy and is very supportive of you achieving your goals. But the place as a whole is absolutely crap! They definitely overcharge you for there "personal training" sessions. to be honest you can have a friend train you, its really not that hard. I will not lie, my training sessions were good but payments and all that are terrible. I started having financial problems so had to set up my payments a different way. After that everything wrong possible happen. I purposely have them take out my payments the second week of the begginning of the month ON THE DAY I GET PAID. I do this because that is where i dont need my money to pay my bills. One month they took it out on the wrong saturday after i changed my payment plan, which was ok becuase they fixed it for me. Then during the week last week they charged me fifty dollars... I have no idea why but you know what i gave them the benefit of the doubt and just went with it. Then come to find today they charged me $153 at the end of the freakin month!! I called up to tell them this and the guy said "well it says that this payment is for May that got declined." Ummmmm im sorry but how would it be declined if i have them take it out ON THE DAY I GET PAID!!??? Also if it was "declined" why the hell wouldnt they tell me in may?? Please please please avoid these people as best as you can. All they want is your money and its just so not worth it. Im a 22 year old woman trying to make it on my own. I work hard for my money and they really screwed me!

I had a memebership with Meikos and then purchased a monthly personal training, even though before they turned over to Vision Quest I was very happy, when they turned over, it became not as friendly. In addition, I would not renew my membership and cancelled it, I went in to the location to make sure my personal training was cancelled as well. Well they informed me that I had to send in to National Fitness to cancel, with specific paper they gave me. Well I did that, but they lost it and would not accept my cancellation. They kept billing me 8 months later. They got nasty with me asking can you prove you sent in your cancellation, it doesnt matter if you cant prove it, you will continue to be billed. We fought for 2 more months. Now, even though I called sent in a letter, faxed a form they want certified mail, now they tell me. I sent in, and they are fighting over $54.00 of the last month, after not being a member still billing me for personal training for 10 months later. I went in and the personal trainers informed me that they are known for doing this, even the manager informed me of this Omar. If it was him he wouldnt pay for it monthly he would pay for it all up front. I would pay more somewhere else then get involve with this company again. To Bad they changed over.

Its so true what people say you get what you pay for. I was looking to join a gym that was close to my house, had good classes and had child care. Yes they have this and its close, but thats is all I can say about that. All there good cardio classes are all on the same day, they seem to not try to strength them through out the week. Child care, horrible. The room is dirty, dark and the people watching them are young and spend there time on there phone. It seems like they dont enjoy there job or kids. Now customer service, it is horrible. Everyone there just seems put out. I called to ask a question about there TRX class, no one knew the answer they said they would call me back, that never happened. I spoke with the weekend manager about how I felt the child care staff was not personable and I didnt feel comfortable with my kids in there, and his response was that he didnt really know them. Also, they will mislead you, I wasnt told I was locked in for 9 months until I had done all the paperwork and was ready to leave. If you are looking for a Gym that is not that expensive I would go to Planet Fitness over Vision Quest.

“would highly recommend you stay away from this place” I had 30 days temp pass to try out gym , after two weeks the guy working on front desk changed the expiration date on my card without telling me and next day he told me my temp pass is expired and he try to sell me member ship☹. The equipment is extremely filthy and they better have one of the trainers or front desk, or even the manager on duty, clean the equipment instead of standing around talking. I dont mind dirty, but filthy is unacceptable. I understand the use is high on the equipment, but it is gross. The condition of the actual gym is deteriorating. Weights are strewn around the gym -- nobody bothers to put them back and gym rats are too busy running around like madmen doing their "muscle confusion" routines to give a damn. Nobody follows the rules here. None of the staff bothers to enforce the rules. Anything goes. Grunt, scream and act like an inconsiderate idiot -- the staff doesnt care. Some of the machines are in a state of disrepair. Many of the heart monitors are not functioning on the treadmills.

Ive tolerated the lack of cleanliness in the womens locker room of this gym for over 3 years but recently I have started to complain because I thought maybe management truly doesnt know how bad it is, (I go to this facility because of its convenient location and an excellent class). I had a nice phone conversation with the new manager, a woman, who assured me she would be cleaning the locker room herself since there were no plans to hire a female janitor. Well, that doesnt sound doable and in fact, nothing has improved. The womens shower area is consistently filthy: slime on the walls, globs of hair in and around the drains, paper scraps on the floor. Today, I recognized three discarded items on the floor of the shower room that I had seen two days ago. I picked them up and put them in the garbage, but this tells me they are not cleaning the area on a daily basis, not even every other day - though it desperately needs it. Keeping the womens locker room clean is a full-time janitorial job and staff should be hired to do this.

Showed up to ask to try the yoga class just like current members said to do...they were going to the class too. The tall man at the counter told me that if the member had called the night before, I could have a free day pass. Today I would have to pay $15. I said that in the past their guests had received a 2 wk free trail. He said no, that for the past 20 yrs members had to call a day before and free trials were not a standard thing. When the members showed up one said she had used the free trial herself and the other said shed been a member since it opened, and that the call ahead was never required. Then the tall man changed his tune and said well since January of this yr when the club changed ownership it was now required. No way would I pay 15$ for one yoga class at a gym, when signed up under the member an entire month would cost 15$! I walked out, they dont care about losing a prospective member. I would give zero stars but thats not an option here!
