Yesterday, I took a package to be mailed and paid 39.95 for OVERNIGHT service to be delivered today by noon. Not only did package NOT ARRIVE, it didnt even leave the station until today. Clerk is cranky old bastard who talked about being 5 years past retirement after serving 25 years in military and now 19 with post office and how he just doesnt care!!! Well listen up jerk - I am filing a formal complaint against you, your crappy attitude and my lost box that was guaranteed to be delivered overnight!!!

Great crew, one of the best post offices in the area with one of the nicest staffs. They used to not be so busy, but as the years have progressed people who would have gone to the downtown Olympia post office travel here now. Still, its not quite as busy as downtown Olympia. Sal, Sandeep and Tracy do their best to make mailing a painless and "fun" process (fun because they are fun to chat with). Highly recommended.

Ive had my package trapped in my parcel for two weeks and no one has been helpful AT ALL! They all say theyll call me back but they never do. In addition to their crappy customer service theyre very rude even after Ive been extremely patient and polite... Im using fed ex or UPS from now on!

This is, hands down, the best postal service office Ive ever been to. I am there several times a week for business and always look forward to it. Im always greeted with a smile and told to have a great day. I adore the employees. I cant say enough good about it! They are wonderful!

No one ever answers the phone at the office. Been getting the wrong mail for 6+ mo., called several times, wrote post-its etc, no change. I am sick of it. They should notice our apartment is getting 6+ peoples mail by now. Poor service, wish there was someone who could help.

I used to come here over the Lacey one BC the alavey staff was so rude and grumpy and this staff was always friendly. Well the grumpy Guss of Lacey have been replaced with young and friendly staff and now the staff here are grumpy as heck. Ugh.

The environment was very welcoming, and inviting. I have never been to a place that was so cheery, People would gather around. Just enjoying the social environment. -AT

The lady I spoke with took down my number to help me find a package and called me back with information I needed. Never before has a post office done that for me.

Good service, much more helpful than the people at the eastside. One guy there is always grumpy, the other day I saw him being very rude to customers.

This branch is a joke. The staff is rude and unhelpful...when theyre not on a coffee break. The postal service cant go out of business too soon.

This place has been moved. Its now near Goodwill. Service is pretty quick, not so crowded, and they are quite nice to customers.

Do the people working at the counter really wants to be there? Such unfriendly service. If you dont want to work, dont show up.

I sparked up a quick convo with the employee as he was weighing and stamping my package. He was pleasant with me.
